Di solito ho buone cose da dire su questo hotel. In recenti visite ho avuto più denunce.
1. Alcuni dei locali sono a vapore e hanno mold intorno alle finestre e alle unità di acc.
2. Alcuni hanno umidità nelle lenzuola e nei letti (il letto si sente bagnato...le asciugamani si sente intimidito.
3. Sono qui con regolari che stanno cominciando a essere brutti e agiscono come se non gli importassero. Sono davanti alla tua porta a fumare, a parlare e a giocare a musica come se non avessero una porta a farlo davanti.
4. Entra in una stanza che era sporca e bagnata.
5. Il personale è ancora A 1. Sono amichevoli e fanno il loro meglio per ospitarvi e risolvere il problema che avete a che fare con la loro capacità migliore.
6. Amanda e KT sono semplicemente i più dolci mai. Apprezzo loro di cercare di gestire tutto e ancora sorridendo!!Nessuno del personale è mai stato brutto.

Apprezzo profondamente i membri del personale, Diamond, che letteralmente ci ha ”concierto”, e che era responsabile del nostro piano e, Kumani, che ci ha prestato un ombrello, Tracy, che era così gentile quando è venuto a vedere la TV che lavorava, Il check in staff il pomeriggio del 27 luglio che ha dato grande consiglio e il membro del personale che ci ha portato i servizi igienici aggiuntivi che ci avevamo richiesto. (editare) un super comodo pigiama fuori dalle 3 su ogni letto e una mattinata forte, comoda - perfetta per noi.

LLauren JAll’inizio di agosto, i miei amici e io eravamo all’Hotel Bankers Alley, e quando ho prenotato le due camere, ho avuto problemi con la mia carta e entro 24 ore il manager, Decarlo, mi ha chiamato per aiutarmi a capire. Era molto trasparente sulle tasse sulla mia carta e su come posso cambiare la carta quando mi accedo se necessario, e mi ha detto di contattarlo direttamente se c'era qualcos'altro che avevo bisogno. Prima di arrivare, dovevo cancellare una delle mie stanze, perché non era più necessario. Anche se il mio conto Hilton Honors ha detto che la stanza non era rimborsabile, ho chiamato Decarlo e ho chiesto se poteva fare qualcosa su di essa e poteva cancellare la stanza e dare un rimborso completo! Egli andò davvero sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che avessimo una grande esperienza. Potrei dire che Decarlo ha addestrato il suo personale molto bene. Cierra era al divano quasi ogni giorno e era molto amichevole, ci salutava ogni volta che passeggiavamo attraverso il lobby. Brianna, che lavorava al divano di fronte, era molto utile quando siamo tornati alla nostra stanza tardi la notte e il nostro condizionatore d'aria non funzionava. Ha spiegato che il condizionatore si ferma per conservare energia quando non si sente alcun movimento nella stanza per molto tempo; dopo un po' di tempo che abbiamo aspettato per farlo saltare, la stanza non si raffredda ancora. È estate a Nashville, quindi sto bene guardando l'altra strada, con l'edificio e la stanza che si sente umida. La stanza in generale era buona; comoda letto, frigo, microonde, sedia piuttosto comoda e osmana. Le cose minori sono solo confuse e preoccupanti che questo hotel una volta fantastico si sta tendendo in basso.
🚪La carta chiave sulla porta è stata bustata! Sliding nella carta è stato il FINICY DI TUTO, ci dando problemi. Una volta la carta chiave slitta tutto il cammino, mangiando la carta. È venuto a recuperare la carta. Non è stato fatto alcuna correzione, ci è stato detto di essere attenti.
🪟 Le ombre del sole dietro la finestra erano giacca AF, la sinistra era giù ma non si spostava (il cordone era stato rimosso e bloccato in cima). Tutti i tempi di destra erano in alto senza un modo per farlo giù, tranne per tirarlo. Ma quando l'ho fatto, ho capito perché l'avevano in alto e il motore elettrico si è spenta ... Non è andato tutto il cammino verso il basso e è stato sdraiato. 💧Il bacino è in retromarcia, acqua calda a destra e fredda a sinistra. 🌡️ Il termostat è stato rotto. Mentre la stanza era rimasta fredda, era molto fredda, era umida, e era abbastanza umida che i mobili avevano un senso di grazia.

UUtente ospiteMy wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

Quando sono arrivato, mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare il parcheggio. Ho spiegato le mie 2 chiamate e il signore ha detto che sarebbe stato $5 per notte. A questo punto è molto tardi e il mio volo era molto presto, quindi ho accettato di pagare $5 per notte. Non so come sia riuscito a essere 35 dollari, ma sono stato esaurito, ho pagato.

Nessuna navetta alberghiera prima delle 6:00 e per questo motivo ho dovuto restare lì per pagare il bagaglio per il taxi, ma l'hotel ha aiutato in un accordo per il servizio all'aeroporto. Quando ho controllato, c'era un problema con un altro ospite che non mi ha lasciato il tempo di controllare, quindi non c'era ancora nessun ricevimento o email, perché il personale era al telefono. UUtente ospiteEra in città per il lavoro. La posizione è eccellente sono letteralmente vicino a tutto cibo, shopping, ospedale e lavoro. Arrivo qui ogni pochi mesi per fare covid-19 pulire la formazione e rimango sempre qui. Questi ragazzi sono i migliori. E'di base e semplice senza problemi. Non c'è confusione, non c'è schiavitù, il personale amichevole qui aiuterà con ciò che si può nascere, sono scesi sulla terra e non vi disturberà quando vi sarà bisogno di riposo. Ho bisogno di giorno dormire bc lavoro a notte e questi ragazzi non mi hanno disturbato di firmare documenti o carte chiave aggiornate. Quando mi sono svegliato e sono pronto a andare, ho fermato al desk front e il mio lavoro di prenotazione era tutto bene per andare. Ho dovuto fare una prenotazione di giorno per giorno e erano cool con esso. Il prezzo che non puoi battere. L'hotel qui sotto la strada era 197$ a notte, con retribuzioni. Questi ragazzi erano 72$ con retribuzioni membri. E' sicuro. E' pulito. Molto semplice e facile da controllare. Raccomando questo hotel a chiunque debba essere vicino a qualcosa a Nashville. Lavoro. Gioca. Negozio. Non c'è una piscina, ma non ho visto nessuno nuotare nelle piscine dell'hotel da prima della pandemia. Non è un accordo di rompere lol Sono tutti 5 stelle da me! UUtente ospiteIl controllo in corso era standard. Il cameriere era piacevole. C'è un ascensore di lavoro al secondo e terzo piano, questo è un plus, dal momento che siamo stati al secondo piano. La stanza era davvero data, vecchio tappeto con molte pelli, vecchi apparecchi (il frigo aveva pelli e pelli), vecchio bastone e tubo con parti mancanti, ma in ordine di lavoro. La stanza aveva un forte odore di fumo, anche se la stanza doveva essere una stanza senza fumo. Non mi fermerò di nuovo senza un aggiornamento alle stanze.
