Napa: hotel a 2 stelle

The HORRIBLE inn Upon check in the man was very rude, scammed us , and made us feel unsafe. The man just kept starring at us not saying a word then when he did he barely spoke up. I kept asking him to repeat what he was saying and I eventually just had to put my ear on the glass for me to hear him. I was charged for additional people which is understandable, however i booked the room that was meant for up to 4 people with the double queen bed and the price I paid after two nights ended up being $500. If I had booked the room with the four people are room total would have still been 377 on booking.com. We were charged 30 per person per night so it was 120 for the two other people bringing the room to the 4 people max plus $18 In tax so it was an additional $138 on top of our $377. The neighbors we were talking to upon check in said the man was rude as well and that they booked for up to 4 people and they only had three people and they charge him for that third person. THEY ALSO ONLY CHARGED HIM 20 PER PERSON PER NIGHT! They scammed us ! They also charged me $8 for parking even though it says free parking on booking….. When we entered the room it smelled like cat pee and there was mold in numerous parts of the room/bathroom. We tried calling the front desk for some towels and spray and after a while they finally picked up. They said they had febreeze and would bring some for us. When he had arrived my sister opened the door and he proceeded to just walk in without her permission. She then quickly backed him up and said excuse me we have 4 girls in here (which he knows since he asked for all of our drivers license and questioned us on our age), one friend in the shower and the rest of us changing. He threw the towels at her and then when she asked for the spray he said no I have to do it. And walked in and sprayed fabreeze on EVERYTHING , including our open luggage’s clothes on the bed make up brushes the pillows, etc. The spray helped for a little bit but since he would not leave the spray it quickly smelt like cat pee again. Due to this we left the windows open majority the time and this caused a couple of us some health issues: asthma and allergies. This felt like an invasion of privacy and was an uncomfortable stay. They could not move us rooms either because they didn’t have any other rooms to fit all four of us….. The day came for check out and the man once again as we are packing up loading things in the car the man walks right in and says are you leaving? We clearly were and we also had 15 mins until check out . I get checking In with people for check out, but we were clearly leaving. Apparently he has done this to numerous people and has even woke people up at 8 am saying check out is at 11am. This is not a boot camp , this is suppose to be a place were people come to stay and relax during vacation. But we couldn’t do that with this man basically breathing down our backs the whole trip and draining money not only from us, but numerous peop

We stayed on a Sunday night via ******* *Pros: Comfortable bed Clean room Plentiful towels 2 sink vanities Safe, robes & mini fridge (2 waters) Luxurious shower gel, shampoo & conditioner Free parking Breakfast was just slightly better than “continental” because it included made to order omelette & waffle Quick response via ******* messaging Quaint & inviting lobby Friendly front desk attendant Fresh baked cookies in the evenings Price of $195 is great price for Napa Walking distance to Napa valley distillery Tv has Netflix 24 /7 coffee & tea available *Cons Rooms are not soundproof. Other guests were up late & noisy at the patio. Door slams can be heard. The shutters didn’t close all the way. All in all, will highly recommend!

It's hard to find anyplace reasonable at most times of the year in Napa and so in that sense, this place is above average. It's decorated like a mini wine theme park but really it's just a motel. However, while my daughter and I were here there were a couple of disappointing things. The big one was the complete lack of working wifi. Both my daughter and I had need of solid wifi for work and school, as it was supposed to be included but instead was frustratingly not usable. Later, a fellow showed up with reels and reels of blue ethernet cable to string everywhere, which is completely unnecessary. All you need is an industrial router and relay, which would run a few hundred dollars. I feel that the hotel and expedia / hotelsdotcom owe me $50 for the roaming charges for two rooms for two days. The other thing is that there were construction workers staying there as well and next to my daughter's room. If nothing else, it ruins the winery ambiance but also raises questions about who their target market is. Was I also paying too much?, as I doubt the workers were paying $135 a night. But as mentioned, it's otherwise OK and these days there just isn't much choice.

Il personale è stato amichevole e utile quando ha fatto delle proposte su dove visitare per il gusto del vino e per i ristoranti. Sicuramente resterà qui di nuovo. Le pareti sono un po' sottili, ma grazie a nessuno era alto. È stato molto pulito e sembrava essere stato recentemente aggiornato. La posizione era Tutto!!! Non c'era bisogno di arrivare da nessuna parte. L'obiettivo di un hotel è di dare un rifugio quando non sei fuori e circa. Chi si reca in vacanza per soggiornare nella maggior parte del loro tempo in hotel! In generale è stato soddisfatto e trovare che l'hotel è molto sottovalutato per il prezzo e la posizione.

Il letto è molto soffice, mi sono liberato della spazzatura.La colazione è complementare, ma sono molto soddisfatto del contenuto.C'è un centro commerciale vicino, e il shopping è molto conveniente.La stanza è pulita e confortevole.Ma se i fatti a velocità lenta di WiFi sono migliorati, voglio sicuramente usarlo di nuovo.

Io e mio marito siamo venuti qui per un weekend di relax-by-the-pool babymoon poco prima della nascita del nostro secondo bambino. Ci siamo divertiti. Ciò che manca in polacco, è costituito da personale molto bello, utile e dicente attrezzatura. Pros: - Inizialmente ci era stato assegnato un piccolo, primo piano, caverna-come il parcheggio, e il manager poteva riassegnarci a un più bello terzo piano di fronte alla piscina! - le camere hanno finestre completamente funzionabili, che è stato fantastico. Fate grande per catturare la brisa fredda di notte invece di correre la rumorosa, stufa AC - Bella piscina e bella sala da pranzo con grandi asciugamani e struttura ombra configurabile. La piscina era occupata, ma non troppo piena, che era bello. L'acqua era bella e molto pulita! -tutto il personale era incredibilmente carino e utile - il pagamento di EV era un perk fantastico e inaspettato - un buon colazione gratuito Cons - più vecchie, più piccole camere con dispositivi terribili. Non è un interruttore per me. - potrebbero davvero migliorare il colazione gratuito con qualche piccolo tweaks: 1. Fornire vere tazze di caffè. È un bel hotel. La stanza era moderna e pulita. Tutti i membri del personale che abbiamo incontrato erano amici e utili. L'hotel è situato a circa 1/2 chilometri dal centro di Napa e Ubers sono stati abbondanti e veloce per portarci alle nostre prenotazioni per cena.
