Il personale è stato amichevole e utile quando ha fatto delle proposte su dove visitare per il gusto del vino e per i ristoranti. Sicuramente resterà qui di nuovo. Le pareti sono un po' sottili, ma grazie a nessuno era alto. È stato molto pulito e sembrava essere stato recentemente aggiornato. La posizione era Tutto!!! Non c'era bisogno di arrivare da nessuna parte. L'obiettivo di un hotel è di dare un rifugio quando non sei fuori e circa. Chi si reca in vacanza per soggiornare nella maggior parte del loro tempo in hotel! In generale è stato soddisfatto e trovare che l'hotel è molto sottovalutato per il prezzo e la posizione.

La stanza è molto piccola, più congestionata, e la casa è abbastanza forte.I prodotti della stanza e il bagno sono molto avanzati.Ma il servizio della reception è relativamente povero e non è molto amichevole per i cinesi; In vacanza americana, il cameriere ha dato una stanza super cattiva. La finestra è completamente attrezzata per il pavimento opposto, non può aprire la finestra.Il cameriere ha proposto un cambiamento di stanza, e l'atteggiamento del cameriere è molto cattivo.

This hotel has seen better days. I have not stayed there in quite a few years and wont be back. The platinum amex concierge made the resi for us and apparently booked a basic king. No problem it was a quick stay. We were only asked upon check in if we wanted a bigger room. Didn’t realize smaller room meant trashed room looking over the back alley. I could understand if the hotel was booked since we booked last minute but no, it was a Sunday night and dead. Why they would put any guests in that room unless at 100% capacity is beyond me. All i can think is for some reason the front desk agent didn’t like us. The room not only looked over the back alley but had major water damage. The wood floors are completely destroyed. Everything was worn out and best up. The chrome was chipping off the bathroom fixtures, gross grout in the shower. The walls in the hallways were all beat up too. I could go on. Bottom line, don’t stay here until they invest some money and make sure they dont stick you in a room overlooking the back alley.

Your prices were super good and it was such a lovely stay. It’s an old Victorian that’s in a nice residential area, close to downtown which I got familiarized with a bit. Great shops and Riverfront restaurants. Hit a lovely little Farmer’s Market Tuesday morning. The Hotel offered complimentary delicious breakfast ‘till 9:30, great snacks, coffee and tea available all day. Also, a fireplace and spa tub in my room. There is ample parking in the back. However, no elevators, so it was a bit of a workout getting everything upstairs myself. I was offered a downstairs room but I’d rather be upstairs so I considered the schlepping part of my workout. If anyone has limitations with walking, it would be quite challenging upstairs but downstairs seems very nice, too. They just were decorating for Christmas which was was beautiful and homey. I truly can’t wait to go back.

Una impressione molto controversa da questo hotel. Da un lato: una bella villa con un piccolo numero di camere, con un interno molto interessante, cose antiche, accogliente, tranquillo, vicino al centro della città, con deliziosi colazione, spaziosa camera. Due camere con due letti grandi, una sauna grande che cercava di rendere moderna, ma dall’altra parte, si sente che i patroni stanno facendo un piccolo favore che li lasci vivere in tutto. Prima di tutto, non capisco perché ho preso una stanza di quattro adulti, ma sembra che sia prenotato per solo due e devo pagare 50 dollari al giorno per ogni persona extra. Che cosa ho pagato? L'armadio era solo tre e non ci abbiamo dato nessuna extra. La stanza era pulita perché la ragazza si è allontanata, perché in qualche modo temeva che non ci fossero adulti nella stanza (i bambini di 12 e 14 anni), lasciati e non tornavano più. Un altro momento strano: il ristorante è strettamente da 3 a 6 giorni. Tre ore al giorno. Un po'di opportunità. Ci sono domande ai lucidi. E' freddo. E se siete in doccia per un lungo periodo, la luce viene automaticamente spenta in tutta la camera da letto e vi rimanete in eccessiva oscurità. Perché questo è inventato?
