Silverado Resort & Spa supera tutte le mie aspettative. Nestled in mezzo al pittoresco ambiente, questo resort offre una meravigliosa miscela di lusso e tranquillità. Da quando sono arrivato, il personale ha esaltato il calore e il professionalismo, assicurando che ogni dettaglio della mia permanenza fosse perfetto. I trattamenti spa erano rigiovani e le strutture erano di prima qualità, riflettendo la vera sofisticazione. Embassy Suites è fantastico e bei giardini NIZZA molto ben tenuti?

We stayed in the hotel for a week when we came to Napa for our 50th anniversary and wasn’t disappointed! From the front desk personnel to the breakfast attendant, everyone was friendly and hospitable. We were in a king suite on the 3rd floor facing the pool area. We never experience any noise or disruption during our stay. Our room was clean and cleaning service was every 2 days. The gardens are just beautiful and there is outdoor seating to enjoy the gardens and weather. We couldn’t have selected a better place to stay, we were greeting every time we walked into the hotel by the front desk staff. We liked that the tub and toilet was separate from the sink area. I have 2 suggestions that would have made our stay perfect, to add a grab bar in each room that has a tub and to have coffee available all day in the lobby of the hotel. Even though we don’t need handicap facilities, it is nice to have a grab bar to help steady you as you step out of the tub. Coffee and tea is only offered during breakfast but it would be nice to have it out all day. We did have a small coffee unit in the room but it wasn’t as good or convenient to use as what was offered for breakfast. You are not in the heart of Napa but it wasn’t a long drive to get anywhere we needed to go.

Except for a snafu with the shampoo pump in the shower that didn’t work, a 3-day visit was pleasant and a decent value if you don’t mimd being a 10-minute drive from downtown Napa. (The hotel staff was quick to fix the broken shampoo pump.) No robes or special toiletries, but the free bottle of Rutherford Ranch wine and free wines at happy hour were nice touches. There is a Marriott next door. Newly remodeled, cleanly maintained, ice cold water in lobby, pleasant staff.
