The lobby is so beautiful and we can see the lake from the balcony in our room. The hotel is clean and the facilities also good.

The hotel is comfortable to stay, reasonable price, great location and excellent service!

Near Ita Dhao peir and cable car. But the hotel is sub standard, breakfast is poor.

The Hotel is actually 3 star grade. Location is good and just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and the market. No swimming pool in hotel & breakfast is just normal. It has playground for kids so i would recommend for family who wants budget hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. But the town is not very exciting for Westerners. The breakfast was not good.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very convenient location and friendly staff! The food just okay but the food service staff were great!

Great location as the hotel is right in the center of the Ita Thao town where you can easily walk to the lake, pier, hiking/bike trail, and foodie places. Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help every step if asked. The high floor suite is sizable with fairly large jacuzzi tub and shower room. A private balcony provides a partial view to the lake. Free designated parking garage is a plus in a crowded town. The lake view however is partially blocked by some apartments in front but the hotel is still close to the water front. The hotel building, incl room, furnitures and decorations, does show some age and is about right to have its current star rating and price. We definitely enjoyed the stay.

Cleanliness and privacy are issues here. The bathtub was not thoroughly clean or sanitized prior to stay. If you pay attention to the openings of the wooden slats between the backrest, you’ll notice they are stained = full of bacteria. Also, housekeeping pays no attention when the DND light is on. You will be disturbed! Outlets are few and outdated, and the mood lighting is low quality... Pls clean up your act!

第二次透過trip.com訂房入住，飯店位置方便，位於伊達劭，商店街熱鬧，特色小吃選擇多，離碼頭近。

這次外國朋友來訪選擇日月潭評價評價前3名的映北涵，飯店的位置就在碼頭旁邊，此外飯店提供免費的室內停車位， 這次入住的是雙人大床房型，還有一個座墊區，唯一的缺點是老氣有點太冷了，晚上很安靜.床對外還說偏軟，早餐在9樓可以一邊用餐一邊欣日月潭的景，早餐個人覺得好吃而且吃很飽，門口附近都是小吃，晚上我們還去碼頭欣賞街頭藝人演唱，邊聽歌邊吹風很舒服，下次會再入住
