Ho prenotato l'hotel Hilton per il fine settimana e il personale era gentile e accogliente. I biscotti con gocce di cioccolato complementari erano deliziosi!

Vedo che l'hotel ha una storia un po' lunga, anche se ancora abbastanza pulito, senza cimici dei letti, sono nel 1004. Posizione vicino alla piccola Tokyo, per gli asiatici come me è molto accogliente e conveniente. Il prezzo durante la fiera nel centro congressi è di circa 200 USD a notte senza colazione. Sono solo e ho una stanza grande con due letti queen size. Ogni giorno dopo il lavoro mi sento caldo e tranquillo stando qui.

Hotel is close to little tokyo, grand central, the broad. Plenty of restaurants around. City hall and other government buildings are nearby. Room is clean. Free chocolate chip cookies, which are one of the yummiest. Toiletries are provided. But we were only given 2 bottled water for our 5 night stay. They don’t have electric kettle and for us who need to drink warm water every morning is a big inconvenience. Luckily we booked a bigger room and it has microwave oven. It’s an old hotel so the room and the bathroom need some renovation but the cleaning lady did her best to make the room clean and tidy.

Very clean room and new facilities. Microwave is included! Across the road are a bunch of Cantonese restaurants. While the noise from the neighbor was very annoying in the early morning and we were woke up and it was a bad experience.

Clean room with excellent location.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (10-12 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms. The hotel’s location was around 1.5 miles from the downtown. The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile. The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room bottled water, dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA but 2 bottles of water everywhere except DoubleTree By Hilton! While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

Hotel location is within walking distance to a few metro lines. There are also many restaurants nearby, especially in Little Tokyo which has many great food options. We enjoyed our 4-nights stay in this hotel overall.

Breakfast is good but hotel is Abit aging and rundown. Because I am for biz and the price and location i still able to accept

Japan village is just right behind so it great if you want to pick up some food. Train station is like a 6-8 minutes walk which isn’t so bad.

The environment of downtown is not good, the street is smelly and there are many homeless around the area, and the hotel facilities is a bit old.

The hotel management sucks The receptionist was not at all helpful very rude . The house keeping never made my room. Glasses which were used were not replaced. The service is really bad

It was so nice to stay this hotel. Everybody here was kind to me. The breakfast was delicious.

Location was nice but lot of ******* around on the other hand it has beautiful Japanese garden

I have booked and stayed in Doubletree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown for 3 night. it's great location. near Union train station and subway. The little Tokyo is just around the corner. also 7/11 store just opposite road. The staff is very helpful. I definitely will come back again.
