A really lovely and clean aesthetic hotel! We particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea in the lobby. The staff was friendly and available and the location was nice, next to the restaurants and bikes rentals. The only issue we encountered was the leaking sink in our bathroom which was not addressed.

The customer services provided by Larry is very good. He has provided suggestions and was able to answer our enquiries. This place is a 5-minute walk to the Sun Moon Lake. We loved the veranda!

We had a very pleasant stay with my wife and our two little kids. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything we needed. Parking was available a short 5-minute walk away, which was quite convenient given the busy area. The room itself was clean, well-equipped with all necessities, and perfectly comfortable for a family. The property also has a very nice lounge downstairs, a great space if you want to relax or meet other travelers. The only drawback was a faint lingering smell of cigarettes on the first floor—no one was smoking during our stay, so it seems to be from years past. Fortunately, the room itself was completely fresh and odor-free. Overall, it was a great choice for families visiting Sun Moon Lake—comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location.

The receptionist is very polite and helpful, she even assisted me to park my car and came up to my room to check if the tv is working. I’m very satisfied with her hospitality.

Superb location for Sun Moon Lake with free parking. 2 minutes walk from the main attractions. Room was clean with a balcony. Helpful and friendly staff. Bathroom requires some attention regarding minor issues with damp/mould.

Fantastic location near the Old Street. Owner was very helpful. Room was clean and tidy but a little tired.

酒店在伊達邵公車站附近，下車往車尾方向，步行不用分鐘便到，附近有很餐廳、小食、手信商店，還有力麗溫泉酒店和親子餐廳，可浸溫泉和有遊戲室，非常適合一家大細一齊來玩！👍🏻 酒店房間很大，有浴缸，雙人床很舒適，非常推薦👍🏻 酒店大堂還有提供茶水、餅乾和咖啡機任飲任食！ 酒店沒有提供一次性用品如牙刷、牙膏、梳、浴帽等，記得自己帶！ 第二晚有露台的房間清潔不是打掃得很乾淨，水龍頭和廁所還有上一位客人的長頭髮😝 入住伊達邵地區的旅店要注意船期和公車班次，5點後便沒有接駁，要call 計程車或自駕便沒有問題否則住水社碼頭那邊會比較方便！

來日月潭很多次，第一次入住。樓層不高有電梯，但是房內設備比較簡單；非常環保。房間濕氣重，雖然有除濕機。浴室有點老舊。

地點非常便利,接近伊達紹商圈和碼頭,也可以到日月潭纜車，附近很多便利店和賣吃的，早餐，旁邊全家对面有一間

地點離商圈步行不遠，碼頭可搭船遊玩，有提供下午茶，小孩很喜歡，停車場有點遠，門口可停2台車，總體很方便

酒店位置距離伊達郡碼頭大約5分鐘路程，也算是比較方便！酒店也有提供免費下午茶！房間設備一流，冷氣夠凍，很日式風格！也有一個陽台！可以看到日月潭！晚上坐在陽台看星星，也是一種享受！
