Recensione negativa! L'acqua minerale non ha segni da mostrare a tue spese! Comprese anche le foglie di tè! Ho aperto gli occhi e cercato attentamente due volte prima di poter vedere il codice QR! Fare il prepotente con le vecchie, abbaglianti e ovvie accuse di pesca! È meglio pubblicare presto i due personaggi autofinanziati sulle forniture autofinanziate dell'hotel express! Una camera d'albergo così grande costa più di 500 yuan! Non è un'esagerazione fornire acqua minerale! La varietà della colazione è molto bassa, non molte varietà, che standard a cinque stelle! non ne vale la pena!

I spent 2 nights and enjoyed my time with my wife and kid to the fullest. Some stuff can speak English which does feel more comfortable. The bath was great and so was the pool facilities. I’ll be back for a third time

I chose this hotel because I wanted a staycation with an open air swimming pool. The room was big and spacious, with a beautiful balcony (but not on the swimming pool). The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and all around the room there were little surprises such as fish food to use for the pond fish, little mottos in both chinese and english, bathgel and other toiletries. What was not evident, though, is that some of this things were not for free! The big bottle of water that we expected to be free (5star hotel, 500 yuan per room!!) was indeed not, and it was written in extremely fine prints on the bottle. Same for the tea leaves in the teaset! Another disappointment was the breakfast. The choice and quality were ok, but definitely not at a 5-star hotel level. No choice in sweet bread, no coffee and very little variety of fruits.

暑假出遊，如果出行坐地鐵不建議，因為從住處走到出口要繞好大一個圈。入住主要就是讓小朋友玩水的，泳池很大，但是衹能4點以後玩一會。雖然開到10點，但是天黑以後小朋友不合適玩，風吹還會冷。

今天來到文峯飯店居住 酒店的設施非常好 工作人員3021小葛服務態度好 很專業 酒店內有游泳池 房間內有大露台 早餐很豐盛 中西結合的餐飲很好吃 單獨點餐的揚州炒飯 味道很好吃 在這裏居住很舒服 希望我有機會可以再次光臨

客房文藝舒心，服務人員也很禮貌熱情，環境安靜幽靜，因為帶小孩，廁所還貼心的準備了馬桶腳凳。最後忘記拿錢包了，酒店人員也幫我找到了並且打電話通知我了。下次回南通還是會選擇這家酒店！

房間帶個小陽台，很不錯，總體感覺挺好的。提個小建議，淋浴間的地漏下水有點慢，應該有地方堵了，最好疏通一下。

多年老店，比較有格調，早餐雞蛋很有特色，新鮮可口，店裡麪的佈局也很好，之前國家級領導下榻此處，值得一試。

酒店明明知道房間空調效果不太好也不提前告知，等我第二天早上起來發現夜裡悶熱睡覺不舒服才發現空調有問題。幾個小時空調都温度降不下來。找她們反應問題才説知道空調不好有問題。衹是説對不起而已。而且回饋問題也不及時。其他服務倒是做得挺好。但是想在好酒店睡個好覺的體驗沒有了。

園林賓館，環境優美！泳池特別值得推薦，面積大，水質清，水温合適，人也不多，泳得很盡興，值得小朋友們入住！

五一期間，價格還算合理，來住了一晚。當然訂文峯就是看中老牌星際賓館，佔地面積大，園林綠化比較好，感覺像住在公園裡。其實相對於一些市中心大牌酒店，我更喜歡當地這種有點年頭園林式酒店，當然設施不能太老舊。 到房間時服務員還在打掃，打掃得算比較細緻了。家庭房很方便，露台也大，就是沒給朝泳池的房間，稍稍可惜。
