La stanza ha un cattivo odore, soprattutto il bagno. Dotazioni: vecchie, diverse prese sono rotte Igiene: c'erano ragni sulle lenzuola e le lenzuola erano sporche come se non fossero mai state cambiate. Anche i cuscini erano molto gialli.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto. La stanza è grande e confortevole. Anche la padrona di casa è molto entusiasta e l'ambiente è pulito.

I am very pleased with this place. I have stayed here before. There's plenty going on in the area. It's good value.

Room was large, but not really clean and smelt like an ashtray. Everything was old and not really working properly. Only one towel when booking was for two people. Bed is hard, was okay for us but could be harsh for others.

Big room clean with good location ..and price also is good

It was an easy check-in and the apartment was fine for the price. There was a vending machine next to the bed with sex toys for girls and business cards for a call girl on the doorstep. The number on the cards was linked to a man's WeChat account. I am unsure what was on offer but I felt uncomfortable. I will leave it for someone else to investigate further.

I was greeted warmly and was shown the room straight away. Everything was very good and when I asked I even got equipment for the kitchen. I even extended my stay for another day. Nice apartment, good location and still quiet at night. I can highly recommend it.

It room in the apartment was normal but to smoke. Yes for me. I am not smoke and when I wanted reservation a room I can’t look possible to choose not smoking room. I spent one night in the apartment and for sleeping it was good. I liked area about the apartment. Many different cafe and also which working 24 hours.

給了我的房間不是我訂的房型，裏面有三張床，應該好久沒人住了，不説設施了，陽台門都快掉了，衞生極差，枕頭髮黴，噴淋掉了，洗澡的地漏下水很慢，這房是我提前十天定的，無奈了，不能因為房訂滿了就這麼敷衍我，我雖然入住晚，但我是提前十天定的

我們是2大一小，定的1.8米大床房，晚上8點加了房主微信截圖發給對方，對方沒有這個房型但衹字不提。我們晚上將近11點到的，一家人拖着行李找到房主，交了100元按金拿了鑰匙，她也不提沒有對應房型（兩個房型差價45元）。直到到了房間，孩子往床上一撲，才注意到床這麼小，我女兒身高1.42米，橫躺床的寬度都不夠。給房主打電話問了才説沒相應房型了，但當時和過後我都看了平台，1.8米床型始終顯示有房。房主説願意給我們兩個房間，讓我們一家三口分兩個房間睡，一個11樓，一個21樓，我們當然不會同意，誰一家三口好好的分開房間還分開樓層去睡的，也太累了沒有精力去換其他酒店了（白天在崇左，早上去德天瀑布，下午3點去明仕田園沒搶到電動車，一家人自行車騎行了兩個多小時，再開車三個小時到這個酒店），就説這個床擠一擠，退了該退的差價。第二天退房後房主説要先給她好評之後才能退差價給我，我説不評價直接退我，她又到我面前説讓我把在平台把訂單退了，直接轉對應的房費給她，以免我給差評。我不同意，她直接在平台説我沒住，申請退了訂單的差價，平台打電話給我，我説是住了，評價是我的權利。後續對方就一直微信語音，電話各種説

臨時和朋友在附近玩，太晚了就想就近找個地方隨便休息一下，沒怎麼選就下單了，過來住了還可以，比周邊大酒店兩三百的便宜多了，當然跟兩三百的房間還是有差距的，不過還行，服務也可以，不懂路可以提前聯繫老闆。
