It room in the apartment was normal but to smoke. Yes for me. I am not smoke and when I wanted reservation a room I can’t look possible to choose not smoking room. I spent one night in the apartment and for sleeping it was good. I liked area about the apartment. Many different cafe and also which working 24 hours.

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Küche, eine Waschmaschine, einen Wasserkocher, Handtücher und verschiedene Pflegeprodukte. Leider ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich dreckig. In der Küche hätte ich nicht gerne gekocht und auch das Badezimmer war nicht besonders sauber. Für eine Nacht war es für den Preis angemessen.
Das Apartment ist schwer zu finden, vor allem, wenn man keine Möglichkeit hat, die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren. Falls ihr ähnliche Schwieirgkeiten habt, schaut die hochgeladenen Bilder an. Das ist der Eingang zu den Aufzügen. Wir haben beim Eingang nebenan einen netten security Mann getroffen, der uns zum Glück geholfen hat.

態度不好，房間設施也是那樣，衞生巾的門也是爛的，我訂的是單間，她説衞生間壞了用不了，給我換到雙床房，張口閉口加20塊，空調暖氣不暖，叫她加個被子，就要20塊錢，冷的要死，就找到了櫃子裏面的被子，拿出來蓋了，又要補十塊錢，還説什麼一半了，怎麼能騙大學生的錢呢，你們公寓自己的衞生問題沒處理好，沒必要讓消費者為你們買單，給我們換也是應該的，應該提供更好的服務態度，太差了！

1、入住的房型（雙床房）和所預訂的房型（三床房）不一樣，沒有退差價。不知道是什麼原因（該房型無空房了？住不了了？），不知道真實的原因是什麼。但原本所定的房型（三床房）沒了，房東不提前告知，我打電話問民宿位置的時候，房東告訴我，房間還沒打掃好，暫時不能辦理入住，你可以先上來。到了之後，説那個房子沒打掃好，讓我住另一間房（雙床房）在我問了又問之後，房東改口了是我所定的房間馬桶堵了，沒修好。。。
2、房間裏沒有洗衣液、衣架也不夠，問了房東也沒有

好不容易帶家人來南寧玩，訂了雙床房，早上去公園玩累了，傍晚入住，在這家公寓算是老顧客了，之前住的房間環境都很好很乾凈舒適，這次入住體驗極差！我這次不是惡意差評！首先，入住前我已和老闆娘説好三人入住了，讓安排一間環境比較好的房間，晚上到房間，發現環境沒有前幾次的環境好，當時太累，就沒有那種想換房間的想法，廁所有馬桶，還很窄，洗漱池的水龍頭竟然沒有熱水！大冷天的，衞生間掛毛巾的架子是壞的，房間燈有好幾個是壞的，三個人入住，衹有兩個漱口杯和牙刷，包括毛巾和浴巾，漱口杯很舊像是上個客人用過留下的，毛巾浴巾還有點臟，三個人入住，四雙拖鞋，有一雙還是壞的（還不丟掉）兩個床有一個床很晃，晚上還聽見門外有東西摔到聲音！這個價格都能在我們那的小縣城住一個好的酒店客房了，要不是覺得之前住的環境好，就不會來這住了，這次體驗差，下次不來了

定的一米八的床實際就衹有一米五，房間破破爛爛的 櫃子爛的 床套有好多黑色的點點，門不可以防鎖的 防鎖壞了 空調一開就吼吼響 牙杯不是一次性的 上個住户用了接着用 好惡心 都不知道評分怎麼評上去的
