La camera è su un piano alto con una bella vista; rinnovata di recente, è un hotel semplice, non il tradizionale stile decorativo Sheraton, lo spazio della camera è relativamente grande, la vasca da bagno è stata cancellata e viene aggiunta un'isola.
La configurazione della stanza è diminuita.Il pettine usa e getta è simile a quello di un hotel d'affari in generale e anche le pantofole sono molto sottili.In estate non c'è acqua minerale nel lavandino e la stanza non ha troppa acqua minerale a Una volta.
La biancheria da letto nella stanza era un po 'umida e si sentiva sempre bagnata.
L'hotel è relativamente economico e la posizione è relativamente comoda, a circa 300 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana, è molto comodo uscire in metropolitana o prendere un taxi. C'è un armadietto di sicurezza fuori dalla porta sul retro dell'hotel, che è più comodo per i pasti da asporto.

I recently had a delightful one-night stay at the Golden Eagle International Hotel in their deluxe Queen size bedroom. Right beside Shanghai Lu where you’ll find most Western Restaurants, Bars etc. in Nanjing, great Spot. The hotel is definitely “Grand” and old but everything is super clean and renovated nicely to keep the style.
Chinese Buffet is good, Staff is friendly, some English.
The pool is small, but the Gym is great. Super clean, brand new machines definitely got a good workout in here.
Can stay here as couple, single that wants to party or family, good spot if you like it Chinese style.

UUtente ospiteLocation - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi)
Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around.
Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water.
Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people).
Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available
Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea
Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry
Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor.
Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee.
Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

UUtente ospiteUn amico ci ha aiutato a prenotare il Nanjing Central Hotel. La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte a Deji. È molto comodo per fare shopping e mangiare. Il servizio è decisamente a cinque stelle. Non solo abbiamo aggiornato la camera, ma tutti, dalla direzione al personale di servizio, sono stati molto entusiasti e professionali, il che ha lasciato un'ottima impressione durante il viaggio della nostra famiglia a Nanchino. Inoltre, anche la colazione dell'hotel è davvero unica, con autentici wonton di Nanchino, vermicelli al sangue d'anatra... Ci sono molti tipi di cibo cinese e occidentale. Altamente raccomandato, ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che verrò a Nanchino!

CChariliServizi: Dall'inizio alla fine, si vede che si tratta di un hotel molto vecchio. La camera executive non ha una toilette intelligente e lo stereo non può utilizzare il Bluetooth. I cassetti dell'armadio sono gravemente danneggiati e non sono stati riparati. La lanugine sul il piccolo cuscino è molto evidente e sembra che stia per marcire.La doccia Lo scaffale sembra sul punto di cadere. Prima di prenotare, ho letto recensioni negative che dicevano che di notte si vede il riflesso del vetro della finestra nella stanza accanto. Quando ho fatto il check-in, ho scoperto che era proprio così. Il design è davvero scioccante. Anche se ci sono segnali di avvertimento in camera, si consiglia comunque di ricordarlo al momento del check-in.
Igiene: un problema comune negli hotel, il fondo del bollitore dell'acqua calda è molto ammuffito (anche se non lo uso), la zia della stanza lo ha pulito molto bene. Quando sono uscito, ho visto un promemoria sul meteo e sulla temperatura lasciato dalla zia che ha rifiutato la camera degli ospiti Xiao I dettagli sono ben fatti 👍
Servizio: Il check-in è stato effettuato stando in piedi alla reception, non so se questa è una caratteristica di AccorHotels o perché Fairmont era a corto di personale durante la recente asta, quindi non è stato portato nella lounge per il check-in .
Il personale della lounge è molto entusiasta, proattivo e reattivo. Non è facile mantenere lo standard quando il personale dell'hotel è così gravemente compresso.
Ambiente: Le strutture di supporto di base sono nella media degli hotel emergenti, tuttavia è sorprendente che accanto alla piscina ci sia un bagno turco e si possa fare il bagno.
Le categorie happy hour e tè pomeridiano nella lounge sono molto singole, il che è molto deludente e non sono nemmeno all'altezza dello standard medio del Marriott. C'è un problema con il personale. Nella maggior parte dei casi il servizio non è disponibile e gli ospiti devono aiutarsi da soli. Nel complesso, sembra una situazione controproducente.

EEric John GrahamStaying at the Jumeirah Nanjing is a ”must” experience for all travelers to the city. The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

WWONGEdwinOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Inoltre, il tappeto era sporco e aveva i capelli su di esso. Dopo due notti, ho controllato di nuovo la mia prenotazione e ho notato la grande differenza, sono andato alla ricezione e le ho mostrato le foto, e poi hanno cambiato la stanza, e la stanza che ho ricevuto era esattamente il tipo che ho prenotato. Guarda le foto che ho caricato qui, vedrai la differenza enorme! Mi sembra estremamente inappropriato dare questa stanza terribile quando prenoto per 5 (!) notti. Mi hanno dato seriamente la peggiore stanza dell'intero hotel e non si sono preoccupati. Controlla le foto e giudica da solo! Cosa positiva: la posizione è grande, direttamente nel centro della città.
