第一次入住亞朵酒店，前台服務員非常熱情的給了我一瓶熱水，天啊，多麼貼心的服務啊，房間也挺不錯的，床比較軟，睡得很舒服，出門時服務員還會貼心的問好，細節方面把握的很好，房間打掃的乾乾淨淨，客房阿姨還貼心的給我多送了二瓶水泡茶喝，問了前台每個房間裏面都有小茶台，對我這種喜歡喝茶的真的是太友好了，下次還會選擇亞朵，一下子被吸引了。早餐也是很好吃菜品很豐富，很新鮮，阿姨上菜速度也很快，很專業。出差旅行首選。

The service is impeccable, the buffet breakfast and dinner is above average. The only issue was the broken climate control. The rooms were stuffy and needed to request for the windows to be opened. As of this writing, stayed at the hotel in March. The rooms were relatively clean, but in need of a proper deep clean and polishing.
The location is great and right across from the wanda mall. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended though if that climate control is not fixed soon, summer would be terrible in the rooms.

Il personale che mi ha salutato () mi ha aiutato a controllare più velocemente di quanto non sia stato controllato per anni e mi ha aggiornato su tutte le cose che l'hotel doveva offrire. La sera, ho incontrato problemi di ordinare cibo dall’esterno (il mio errore) e non solo mi ha aiutato personalmente a comunicare con la persona che ha consegnato, ma mi ha anche offerto e mi ha aiutato a riscaldare il cibo una volta consegnato.
Raccomando a chiunque visiti Nanjing di considerare questo hotel e sperare che incontri ! So sicuramente dove rimarrò la prossima volta. Grazie per il grande servizio! 💫

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è molto vicino a Piazza Deji e situato nel centro di Nanchino. Il trasporto è molto conveniente ed è molto comodo raggiungere varie attrazioni.
Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore dell'hotel Hao per aver migliorato la camera e aver portato un'esperienza piacevole in questo viaggio. Il direttore del piano è stato cordiale e premuroso nel suo servizio e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci a trasportare i bagagli, visto che viaggiavamo con bambini ci ha fornito un kit per l'igiene dei bambini e una colazione a buffet. Xiao Dong ha anche regalato delle polpette di riso glutinoso ai bambini. La prossima volta che verrò a Nanchino, sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel!

CChariliServizi: Dall'inizio alla fine, si vede che si tratta di un hotel molto vecchio. La camera executive non ha una toilette intelligente e lo stereo non può utilizzare il Bluetooth. I cassetti dell'armadio sono gravemente danneggiati e non sono stati riparati. La lanugine sul il piccolo cuscino è molto evidente e sembra che stia per marcire.La doccia Lo scaffale sembra sul punto di cadere. Prima di prenotare, ho letto recensioni negative che dicevano che di notte si vede il riflesso del vetro della finestra nella stanza accanto. Quando ho fatto il check-in, ho scoperto che era proprio così. Il design è davvero scioccante. Anche se ci sono segnali di avvertimento in camera, si consiglia comunque di ricordarlo al momento del check-in.
Igiene: un problema comune negli hotel, il fondo del bollitore dell'acqua calda è molto ammuffito (anche se non lo uso), la zia della stanza lo ha pulito molto bene. Quando sono uscito, ho visto un promemoria sul meteo e sulla temperatura lasciato dalla zia che ha rifiutato la camera degli ospiti Xiao I dettagli sono ben fatti 👍
Servizio: Il check-in è stato effettuato stando in piedi alla reception, non so se questa è una caratteristica di AccorHotels o perché Fairmont era a corto di personale durante la recente asta, quindi non è stato portato nella lounge per il check-in .
Il personale della lounge è molto entusiasta, proattivo e reattivo. Non è facile mantenere lo standard quando il personale dell'hotel è così gravemente compresso.
Ambiente: Le strutture di supporto di base sono nella media degli hotel emergenti, tuttavia è sorprendente che accanto alla piscina ci sia un bagno turco e si possa fare il bagno.
Le categorie happy hour e tè pomeridiano nella lounge sono molto singole, il che è molto deludente e non sono nemmeno all'altezza dello standard medio del Marriott. C'è un problema con il personale. Nella maggior parte dei casi il servizio non è disponibile e gli ospiti devono aiutarsi da soli. Nel complesso, sembra una situazione controproducente.

RRemjous KimutaiAvevo un aggiornamento gratuito per un primo re con vista sul fiume . La posizione, le viste dall'hotel, lobby, il personale, tutto era solo sorprendente. RRhiiMy room was absolutely beautiful and clean! Most of the staff were most helpful and friendly. The living room space was tranquil and quiet perfect for those needing a break or needing to complete business assignments. The swimming facilities we clean and orderly.
My only complaint would be that the valet/concierge service only helped Chinese business men with their luggage and neglected anybody else(including myself) regardless of the fact that I was carrying heavy bags around with me.
I was most please to find the room equipped with not 2 but 6 bottles of water considering the warm weather.
Aside from this I would definitely stay here again.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

UUtente ospiteSono andato all'Università di Agraria per vedere i bambini, quindi ho scelto questo hotel e sono rimasto due volte. È vicino al cancello ovest e al cancello sud dell'Università di Agraria e non lontano dalla stazione degli autobus. È molto comodo per i punti panoramici e la stazione ferroviaria di Nanjing South. Le camere sono di grandi dimensioni e molto spaziose. Per questo motivo, l'Express Hotel viene abbandonato, il che è conveniente. Il servizio di colazione è buono, l'unico inconveniente è che è lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana e bisogna prendere un autobus

Location:
The hotel boasts a prime location, right in the heart of Nanjing. It is conveniently situated close to Deji Plaza and Xinjiekou MRT, which is one of the city's premier shopping and dining destinations. Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants just opposite the hotel, providing a wide variety of dining options. The ease of access to transportation was another highlight, making it simple to explore the rest of the city.

Avevamo bisogno di un posto vicino all'ospedale e abbiamo deciso di provare l'hotel Qingmu perché era situato in una posizione comoda e sembrava confortevole dall'esterno e aveva recensioni per lo più positive su trip.com.
Essendo uno straniero che parla pochissimo mandarino, ero preoccupato per la comunicazione con lo staff dell'hotel. Ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'efficienza con cui hanno gestito questo problema. Siamo stati in grado di chattare con l'aiuto di WeChat e Google Translate. Conoscevano anche più inglese di quanto pensassi. Ben presto siamo diventati molto amichevoli e abbiamo trovato un modo produttivo per comunicare le mie esigenze e ottenere la migliore stanza possibile. Ci hanno anche aiutato con le nostre borse da viaggio e ci hanno fornito acqua e uno spuntino. Mi sono sentito molto felice e a mio agio con i loro servizi e mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa più che come un soggiorno in hotel.
La camera era molto invitante e profumava di fresca di pulizia. Il letto era molto comodo e mia moglie ha avuto mal di schiena ma ha detto che il letto era perfetto per lei. È stato bello che abbiano potuto conservare i nostri farmaci in un frigorifero a temperatura controllata mentre noi continuavamo a lavorare per il concepimento. Avevamo una vista meravigliosa sulla città e il bagno aveva gli elementi essenziali per aiutarci a rinfrescarci tra una sessione e l'altra. La doccia aveva acqua calda e soffione rimovibile e poteva ospitare due persone.
Avevamo accesso a un forno a microonde per riscaldare il nostro pranzo e a un centro lavanderia per soddisfare le nostre esigenze di pulizia degli indumenti da viaggio.
L'hotel si trova vicino alla metropolitana ed è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e altre forme di intrattenimento. Soggiornando qui durante il Capodanno cinese potrai sentire i festeggiamenti intorno a te, con decorazioni e musica dai colori vivaci.
L'hotel è stato inoltre piacevolmente decorato con fiori nelle nostre camere e nella hall.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno fantastico, a un prezzo ancora migliore, io e mia moglie torneremo sicuramente qui. Ho allegato alcune foto del mio soggiorno qui sotto.
