This homestay is new, nice, clean and comfortable. The service is like a hotel. This homestay is located inside the Yunshuiyao scenic area, and so every guest needs to pay an entrance fee. The homestay can help to arrange a taxi to pick up from 南靖railway station to the homestay with a reasonable price. If you like beautiful scenery, peaceful and relaxing environment, this is the right place as it’s away from the crowded village centre. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the village centre, ie the water wheel, old banyan tree, and souvenir shops, through a scenic route along the stream and under the shade of old trees. Trekking the cobblestone path gives you a good workout. There’s a few tulou (earth buildings) within the scenic area but only 2 are open for public to visit. The others are private. Hegui lou is less than a minute’s walk from the homestay, passing by paddy fields, vegetable gardens and lotus field. You can literally see it from the homestay. The homestay serves delicious local food. I had dinner twice and enjoyed tasting different dishes. Breakfast is simple and includes local produce, giving you a taste of village life. Also, the homestay serves tea from its own farm. I enjoyed tasting different tea. Lastly, the staff 小凉is very friendly and good service.

Rooms were modern and clean, but the restaurant lacked atmosphere and breakfast was a little disappointing. But there are other nice places for dinner nearby.

民宿位置處於景區內左右都有土樓也就50米就到了，離大水車也就7-8分鐘吧。 民宿門口就有停車場，方便自駕的朋友。 房間不大但設施全，就是盥洗室有些透，開燈的情況下會尷尬😅 管家菇涼心細又周到，電話聯繫後加微信，把定位和怎麼進景區，包括怎麼找到下匝口，都以圖片＋文字的形式告訴我們，使得我們很容易就找到地方！ 進門看到管家菇涼和打掃衞生的大姐，都是自身收拾的乾淨利落，瞬間有點潔癖的🧐我輕鬆了😌

民宿位置就在和貴樓旁邊，開車可以直達民宿，不用自己推行李走石頭路。下午茶和早餐都挺不錯，工作人員也很友好，來之前已聯繫我定位和買票事宜。設施，被子等都舒服，晚上古鎮挺安靜，我們在這裏睡得很好，下次再住！

很棒的民宿體驗。下次到雲水謠，我肯定會再次入住！ 首先，民宿自帶停車空間，就在民宿外就是停車場，這超方便與貼心。因為這樣行李就不用拉太遠啦！ 再者，民宿就位於和貴樓旁，傍晚、清晨，不同時間走去參觀都超方便的啦！ 然後民宿裡附設餐廳，這天我們中午左右抵達，一家四口簡單點了幾樣特色菜，烹飪味道ㄧ點都不馬虎，幾樣特色菜都超地道，令人回味無窮！ 同時民宿老闆超親切，有任何疑問都可以請幫忙協助（安排導遊、參觀路線、用餐等等） 整體來說真的是很優質的民宿體驗！相當值得推薦大家如果到雲水謠可以選擇的喔！

房間很寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨設備完好，整個民宿鬧中取靜，非常滿意，餐廳的飯菜我也很棒，隨時餓隨時點，還有折扣優惠，早餐吃到撐😄前台服務熱情周到，各種茶換着喝，下次還會再來這裏住！！！

在景區的入口處 停車方便 出門前方就是一個土樓，右邊是懷遠樓，很方便 我們住了兩天就是感受土樓的慢生活 吃住基本都是民宿 餐也很好吃 店長回覆也很及時 蠻不錯

民宿在景區裏面，位置很好，門口就有停車場和土樓，風景很美，老闆很客氣，還免費請我們一家人品茶，給我們講解了很多，服務衞生都很好，值得推薦朋友來[強]

一眼相中的民宿很滿意，環境好衞生乾淨服務態度也很好，距離和貴樓很近，連住兩晚在雲水謠度了個舒適的小假。

地理位置極好，房東熱情好客，離景區也很近，基本步行就到。 民宿門口有自己的停車場，非常方便。寵物友好，狗狗很開心。 民宿老闆幫忙介紹的導遊小簡也是好評！

房間很美，位置很好，距離和貴樓很近 服務很貼心周到，早餐也很豐盛 門前還有流水魚嬉戲，餐廳環境也很乾凈。

環境很不錯旁邊就有和貴樓，早餐也很豐盛哦，還給我們升了房間，下午茶也不錯，下午餐廳吃也很不錯哦，魚很新鮮哦，魚湯也很不錯哦

房間乾淨，管家熱情，很熱情，非常熱情，老闆娘之前是做導遊的，很有親和力，比較匆忙，吃了早餐就出發了，早餐也特別豐富，非常好呀，滿滿的幸福感，下次有機會再來住
