I had an absolutely lovely stay at the Nanjing Tulou Cultural Centre 1945 Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right between two of the popular areas and it is easy to walk to both! The food at the restaurant we delicious for both dinner and breakfast, and the drinks service at the bar was also brilliant, sourcing fresh ingredients direct from the garden for cocktails! The room was huge, very clean and well presented. I’d be more than happy to stay here again.

A peaceful place to chill and relax. Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table. Breakfast is quite good though it’s the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

It's not an easy place to reach if, like us, you are a family of 6 with a baby and a lorry load of luggage. We arrived by high speed train at Nanjing (Fujian) and found a taxi to take us to the hotel (one way ¥260, negotiated from ¥300). The journey was around 2 hours on winding and slow roads (on the way back we took the high speed motorway which reduced the journey time to around an hour). The hotel is in a rural location off the main tourist areas. We arrived later than expected but we were able to get dinner. The food is exceptional. The chicken in particular is delicious. We booked a family room with a slide. Our children would of happily spent the entire stay in the room playing on the slide. I've stayed in many 5 star branded hotels and yet this guesthouse has so many little extras, gadgets and technology than most. The password keypad door handle is perhaps the most over complicated means of opening a door, but I applaud the dedication to style and design. The toilet has a Japanese style multifunction thing going on. It took me a long time to figure out how to flush it. The toilet seat lifts when you open the door! The TV is a large projection on the wall. Not being Chinese I struggled to figure how to get regular TV channels. Everything I found required pay to view. It was a nice and clear projection however, and if able to understand the programming it would be amazing. We enjoyed 2 days touring various Tulou's. There are many within a short drive, though behind the hotel there is a small village with Tulou and earth buildings that make for a lovely walk. Overall, a great guesthouse with trendy vibes and family friendly facilities. Very comfortable stay.

Absolutely recommended place. The buildings and the room are lovely. It is and old house renovated with beautiful details. The chef cooks delicious local plates. They can find you a driver if you need to move around. Would love to come back anytime !

地理位置很好，在幾個景點中間，去哪裡都方便（自駕）。民宿內環境不錯，有個小池塘可以給孩子划船玩。家庭房裡設備齊全，特別是配了洗衣烘乾機，很方便。晚上在露天茶室休息，服務員看到了專門為我們送上一壺茶，晚上房間裏還送了水果和酸奶。寵物友好，家裡狗狗在這裏很自在

這家是田螺坑附近很不錯的民宿，民宿整體設計感強，環境優美，特別適合孩子們遊玩，早餐爽口，做飯阿姨手藝特棒，一家吃貨的我們連着在他家吃了晚餐和第二天的午餐兩頓，道道菜都量足味美，特別推薦祕製鹽雞、炒牛肉片、野生光魚等，放心點絕不踩雷👍🏻

很棒的家酒店，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。酒店小環境很舒適，酒店大廳露台下就是嘩嘩流淌的小溪，夏天的早上直到中午都是涼風習習。房間舒適，房內就有洗烘一體機，洗衣不用特地去洗衣間。 房間隔音很好，雖近路邊，晚上睡覺很安靜，床鋪軟硬度剛好，美美的睡了個懶覺。 到達那天比較晚不想外出，就在酒店吃了個晚餐，出品也不錯。 早餐雖比較簡單，是比較健康的中式。 離土樓景點很近，不用開老遠才一個景點。 設施給了四星是因為住二樓沒有電梯，行李要人力搬，酒店門口停車也不大方便

和朋友一起出遊，大家對這個民宿都非常滿意。我們住loft房型，床很大，設施齊全，其中一個還帶滑梯小朋友非常喜歡。民宿的公共區域分好幾塊，可以自由使用。遇到下雨天在公共區域泡茶也很休閑，老闆還提供茶葉，一日三餐也在民宿解決。民宿的透明小船可以玩，水很淺。老闆養的金毛很乖很安靜，愛狗的人擼到發瘋，怕狗的人也不用擔心。

暑假帶孩子來南靖土樓遊玩，發現了這家寶藏民宿！直接住在七百多年的土樓改造房裡，房間乾淨整潔舒適，店裡的飯菜可口，都是現點現做的農家菜，院子裏有大池塘可以給小朋友划船，還有遊樂園，老闆又貼心的帶我們一家子去民宿邊上天然的泳池玩水，太棒了！值得推薦，下次過來直接住幾天，窩在民宿裏！

環境：還算乾淨，店家有狗，一衹大金毛，挺乖的，會在大廳裏玩。 服務：因為晚上到，帶着孩子，到了就點餐，但等了一個小時還沒吃上。後來一問，如果吃飯就要提前預約，要不就會非常慢，隔壁應該是老闆朋友，人沒到，菜就先上桌了，老闆一直説人家是預訂，就算人沒到，也要先做。我們就衹能等着。 Loft樓上非常悶熱，空調的冷風上不去，但電扇也不管用。 早餐牛奶是奶粉，有粥，主食雞蛋。 房間有木頭味道，接受不的慎重考慮。

家人覺得非常好： 1. 民宿環境很好，有山有水，裝修也有特色，環境安靜 2. 工作人員態度好 3. 房間很舒服，樓下客廳，可以洗澡可以泡澡；樓上2個房間，3個1.8床，睡起來很舒服。 可以改進的：水龍頭冷熱水裝反了，洗了個冷水澡，真的服氣……

房間很不錯，上下兩個loft，小朋友睡上面，父母睡下面。房間設施很新，也很乾凈，細節做的不錯。有一次性馬桶墊，這很不錯。 有個小水池，不是特別大，但小朋友還在裏面划船夠了。

民宿坐落在景區裏面，進去要收取景區門票，建議可以和景區溝通爭取門票優惠。從景區入口到民宿要走幾公里的山路，路況很好，中途就經過田螺坑土樓羣，我們在土樓羣裏面吃了飯再過去，民宿設計非常有心思，用料和用品都很不錯，我們朋友的房間有蜘蛛，因為是在山裡的原因，昆蟲比較多，但空氣很清新，也免費為他們升級換房。店裡小哥哥特別細心，給100個贊。

民宿的小姐姐小哥哥服務很好，住得舒服，很喜歡餐廳的鹽焗雞和黑米酒，孩子也住得不想走，以後有機會還會來享受慢生活👍👍👍
