Hotel con piscina a Nanchang

Location good, close to May 1st square, some shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable but during my stay in May the air conditioning was not working properly and so couldn't get the room temperature down to below 26c. Staff were lovely and tried to help by giving me a fan but it was still a bit too warm.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. This was a super hotel and it really did feel five star. The location was right next to the river and yet only a five minute walk to the CBD. The hotels facilities, the gym and the swimming pool, were excellent and it was a very nice stay, I do have two concerns as the staff were not always so friendly, and the breakfast wasn’t as good as expected. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will probably stay there again anyhow.

An aging 5 stars hotel. Staff service is very good. Room overall is acceptable but would be perfect if they revamp the doors and floors. Overall we are satisfied with our stay .
