"Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved."

"酒店環境不錯，裝修挺新，房間我們住的親子間，一張2.4的大床，一張小床，正好一家三口，挺舒服。房間還有空氣凈化器，挺好。唯一需要改進的地方就是廁所沒有排水口，半夜男的上廁所會弄臟廁所，就會臭，想沖洗沒有排水口。對了，還有一點，不知道是不是我們不會弄，想投屏手機的電影會投到別人房間，其他人也會投到我們這裏。"

"Quando viaggia, soprattutto con un bambino, la pulizia in una stanza è la priorità. Beh, la stanza non era pulita. La parte superiore del contatore del bagno era dipinta e sporca, la stanza era polverosa (possiate vedere polvere sui specchi e su altre superfici) e il pavimento era pieno di impronte di scarpe di diversi tipi. Abbiamo chiesto che la stanza fosse pulita quando ci siamo accorti, mentre andavamo a camminare, più di una nostra dopo siamo tornati, la stanza era sporca quando la lasciamo.
Mi dispiace, ma per un prezzo così, in un hotel a 5 stelle, questo è assolutamente inaccettabile.
Inoltre, dubito seriamente che le misurazioni della stanza siano corrette, poiché sembrava più piccola di quanto ufficialmente indicato nelle informazioni della stanza.
La visione è ovviamente interessante, è vero.
Non dimenticate che non c'è assolutamente alcuna separazione tra bagno bagnato e camera da letto, nessuna porta, nessuna giardina, quindi nessuna privacy mentre prendete il bagno, e anche che non c'è frigorifero.
La signora alla ricezione era bella, molto gentile, ma non si prepara per una stanza sporca."

"In primo luogo, sono molto soddisfatto di questo hotel!Dovrebbe essere l'ex vecchio hotel a cinque stelle.Sala di lusso e buon servizio!La reception ha iniziato a aggiornare il tipo di camera.La camera è ben igienica, il bagno è molto grande, assolutamente secco separato, il più favorevole è la cosmetica, molto amichevole per le ragazze a visione prossima!
Anche se l'hotel è un po'vecchio, la salute è ancora buona, molto vicino al quartiere storico del palazzo di Wanxiang, e il cibo è molto conveniente!
Per dire che non basta, il bagno è freddo e freddo e la gola non è abbastanza comoda.Per me, come un turista che piace ogni anno, sento che questi due punti sono il peso principale del viaggio dei passeggeri e spero che possa essere migliorato."

"L'hotel è uno degli hotel di alta qualità della città. Il costo di un soggiorno di una notte è stato in realtà molto ragionevole secondo gli standard americani. Offre doccia e jacuzzi nella camera e molto confortevole letto. Anche il buon colazione è stato incluso. Il desk front and concierge ha offerto un enorme aiuto con amicizia e sincerità.
Il servizio è stato poi impressionante, e il desk front faceva un errore con la mia carta di credito americana. Invece di usarla come deposito, ha sbagliato a farlo. Dopo aver tornato negli Stati Uniti, ho ricevuto un messaggio urgente da trip.com per chiedermi di contattare l'hotel direttamente via WeChat. Ho ricevuto il credito di nuovo in una settimana con un follow-up molto tempestivo dal manager di servizio lobby Andy.

"This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too!
The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there.
Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think.
The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service.
Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆"

UUtente ospiteIl mio ufficio è stato troppo alto e necessario per la riparazione. Molto amichevole e affascinante personale di fronte. Questo hotel offre buoni snack e colazione lo rende popolare. Ho detto che il frutto non era ben lavato al colazione mangiatore ...selle ha appena chiamato la donna incaricata a voce alta davanti a tutti gli ospiti a mangiare. Non è un atto professionale.

UUtente anonimo加錢升級了豪華大床房，離地鐵很近，鳳起路2號口出來就是，遠是稍微遠了一點點，不過可以接受。晚上對面馬路有很多夜宵攤，偶爾有大車路過會按喇叭。房間之間隔音也還可以，幾乎聽不到隔壁的聲音。洗手枱沒有插座有點不方便插直板夾，服務很好。

SStanley The Travel ManThis hotel is hands down one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. From the time that I checked innto the time that I checked out, and everything in between was a wonderful experience.
The location is across from that Tengwang Pavilion. Part of the complex is free. The paid entry part is only 50 Yuans. 25 Yuans for 65 or older . I am not sure if it is free for 70 and over.
The room size , Room # 1816, is enormous with a breathtaking view of the temples below, a bridge in the distance and the synchronized light shows in the evening. The room has everything , including a small fridge stocked with soft drinks. Coffee and tea were provided and resupply daily. Room was clean daily and meticulously . Garbage were thrown out, towels replaced. Everything is automatic including the curtains and the toilets. The place is a haven for traveler where one can relax and enjoy the fine ambience.
I spent 2 nights there. The breakfast has many varieties and slightly different so you won’t be eating the same. There were western style and Chinese breakfast, noodles, bread,porridges, salad, fruit, cakes, etc. The coffee is freshly ground. It is buffet style and the breakfast hour on the weekend is from 6:30 am to 11:00 am. I got there at 6:30 am and everything was ready to eat.
There are free laundry room with separate dryers that worked very well, plus ironing board and iron. There are 2 big chairs in the room to relax in . The washers and dryers look spotless , new and clean Just across the hall is a gym.
The service is out standing . The people who worked there were all genuinely wanted to do a good job and went out of their way to help. I don’t know them by name . I want to thank everyone there for making my stay such a joy.
All in all , this hotel deserves the highest score possible. It is hard to find flaws because everything was just perfect.

UUtente ospiteClean, comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. The young lady, Zhu Ling, gave us her WeChat number when we checked in so we could contact her whenever we had questions or requests. That's some service assurance! The maintenance lady volunteered to go to the laundry room to help us out when she overheard we had issues using the washing machine. The room is clean and spacious and the train station is close by. Their free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back if we come to Nanchang again!

XXinSwallow這次南昌之旅很滿意，預訂的如家酒店，在地鐵站附近，下來走5分鐘就到了，位置在老城區，雖然有些陳舊，但是周圍有很多南昌當地小吃味道很不錯，出行也方便。訂的雙床房房間有些小，但是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，內室整潔衞生。

This property is a great option for both business and leisure travelers who want to enjoy a clean, modern hotel with easy access to Nanchang’s main attractions.
First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang.
The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice.
