"This hotel enjoys a superb location directly opposite the iconic Tongwanggu, making it extremely convenient to access nearby attractions. There are also many restaurants within easy reach, which added to the overall experience.
The breakfast spread was a highlight—offering a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. 👍 The staff were consistently warm and attentive, even thoughtfully providing extra bottles of mineral water for our outings.
A special mention goes to the staff member 周女士preparing the local ban fen. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering helpful advice on the right balance of condiments for the noodles. The other local dishes were equally enjoyable.
Overall, this Mercure hotel truly lived up to its reputation and offered excellent value for money."

"The room was very clean and well maintained, and I really appreciated having a proper chair and desk. The projector was a great feature and perfect for relaxing in the room. The hotel is very centrally located with the metro just a short walk away, so getting around was easy. The bed was very comfortable, and overall the room was quiet, which made it easy to rest. Check-in was simple, and the staff at reception and housekeeping were absolutely amazing; incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the climate control was comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a cozy, comfortable place and very good value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it."

"I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. "It has an incredible view, right on the canal across from the beautiful library. The location honestly couldn't be better. Right in the heart of everything. In walking distance of wonderful locals. But I reserve my biggest compliment for the staff. The front desk went beyond the call of duty. Bent over backwards to help me time and time again. I can't say enough! Even the cleaning staff, everyone was unbelievably cheerful. A fantastic city, worth the visit. And I definitely would stay there again."

Il personale 金 e sono molto utili, aiutano a prolungare l'ora di check-out. Ho spedito alcune parcelle all'hotel, ma la strada era troppo buia, aiuta a raccogliere, anche questo non è nel suo campo di lavoro, molto apprezzato.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.

The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Il personale era davvero amichevole a raccomandare cibo intorno. Nota che l'hotel è situato nella strada e il taxi non poteva fermarti direttamente Infront l'hotel, ma solo a pochi passi fuori. Amiamo l'hotel così tanto che abbiamo una migliore stanza e estende il nostro soggiorno. Molto consigliata!

Anche se le strutture ambientali possono essere meno costose, il hardware di base non deve dire, tutto quello che dovrebbe pensare è che questo prezzo è molto soddisfacente.
Ci sono anche un po'di fuoco vicino. Ci sono scuola elementare e scuola secondaria in dieci minuti a piedi. Questo è un sacco di gustosi.

First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang.
