I was unsure what to expect as the hotel is slightly remote and we did not have a car. Read that there is a shuttle bus but I request twice on the schedule via trip app but received no response 🤨 Had to request a Japanese hotel that we stayed before prince to help us check out the timing of the bus schedule and we also went to travel information counter and finally got the timing. Phew. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Special shout out to Peter from Canada who is born and raised in Hokkaido. He is such a nice and warm person who offered us lots of advice around Onuma. Prince hotel is very lucky to have a staff like him!! 👍

鶴雅確實是從餐食香薰音樂到整體氛圍都散發一種木質調的優雅，安靜舒適有品位格調；函館山吹風回來，壁爐裏的木材畢畢剝剝，在壁爐前小酌幾杯，冬季裏由寒冷轉温暖的微醺氛圍感，非常有感覺（晚上9點前酒類免費，泡湯前先小酌了幾杯[憨笑]） ♨️♨️湯不用説了直接上圖（房裡的私湯和露天温泉都很贊）服務很好，工作人員細心且態度很好，而且酒店有免費的送機服務，需要預約，當天就我一個人去機場給我送到了很美好的體驗[愉快][愉快][愉快] [愛心][愛心][愛心][愛心][愛心][愛心]
