A little bit dirty with bad breakfast but there are a lot of activities to do nearby

I went with my school group for team-building!! We were for the most part, well taken care of. Great comfortable rooms and beds in the newer building. Aircon was excellent in rooms and conference rooms. Food at lunch and dinner buffets was so-so. I liked the chicken soup though!! Breakfast buffet was good but orange juice needs improvement. My biggest complaint is against the activities area and staff. I was trying to do the rope crossing activity and was at first denied, then finally allowed. Moreso, I was rudely denied access to climb the climbing wall. I have many years of experience climbing. This REALLY frustrated me and put a damper on my trip there ..Look, I am 106 kg but maybe they need to find staff capable of serving your customers ..... :( (other colleagues of my size and weight went earlier, I felt this to be very unfair) Due to this reason of bad service in the activity area, I don't think I can recommend it to friends .
