The Hilton Nairobi is ideally located right in the centre of the Central Business District, and though it may no longer be as glamourous as it probably once was, the friendly and helpful hotel staff are a great compliment to the hotel. Two employees of note whom I would like to commend for their great service are Delvin and Mafanta both in the breakfast. team. The rooms were clean and pleasant too, i would definitely stay at this Hilton again.

We were 5 families booked into this hotel as part of our Kenya tour package. As a family of 4 including children, we needed 2 rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see the massive size of the hotel apartment - huge 2 bedroom apartment - big living room, 2 huge bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. We stayed there mainly for the night, so didn't get to explore the facilities. But the dinner was part of the package-this is next surprise we had - it was open al-a-carte where we could order anything on the menu (excluding alcoholic bevereages). The food was just outstanding - nothing to fault in any of the items ordered by our entire group. Breakfast was a buffet which was fine. The staff were also very helpful. There was a mall 2 minutes walk away - Sarit mall - which was convenient as well. One of the families were upgraded to the pent house which has to be seen to believe - such a fine and massive suite.
