Situato in una buona posizione, la struttura esterna è molto carina e anche la zona del bar e della piscina. Le camere sono terribili, arredamento vecchio e manutenzione pessima. La pulizia è inesistente. In camera vi era uno scarafaggio morto e svariati vermi nel bagno che non sono mai stati rimossi. Le condizioni igiene del water erano pessime, con tracce di pipì sulla tavoletta. La cucina sporca e non vi era nemmeno il detersivo per lavare i piatti, quindi se usi una tazza il giorno dopo ti viene rimessa a posto senza essere lavata. Le pulizie giornaliere consistono nel rifare il letto e svuotare il cestino, non mi hanno mai dato nemmeno lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma. Il personale è lento e poco competente. Ho segnalato più volte lentezza estrema del wifi e nonostante le loro rassicurazioni di venire a installarmi un router in camera non si sono fatti mai vedere. Assolutamente da evitare.

the service was nice and I like the swahili ambience but i lost my beach cloth that was a gift during my stay and no one traced it until now ...you can do butter when it comes to keeping away from guests stuff.Excellent service mostly from the front officer and service team

Run down facilities, the kitchen was disgusting and there was no kettle. Stove failed to work. When we arrived, there were no towels and we were told that the washing machine had broken down and none would be made available. After some pressure, towels were miraculously provided! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

So so sad, we have used and recommended this place to colleagues and friends before. This time we stayed three nights and our room was robbed twice, the towels did not look clean, we got food poisoned at the hotel restaurant. We have reported the theft to the police.

Very fun place to stay, with very comfortable apartment and excellent service. The gym is worth the visit for its own sake.

Checked in thinking I will have better service than the hotel in which I was, and then I was shocked. They first put me a room that was not the one indicated in my booking. I was promised when I come back from my conference will find my bag transferred in another room. When I came back the lady at the front desk did not know anything about the earlier agreement. I did not even find an adaptor to charge my phone and laptop.

Great location and nice staff. Loved having coffee shop, restaurant, room service and salon on site. Apartment could use some more amenities - more glasses in the rooms, light bulbs, extra towels/blankets/pillows, more pots and pans, the basics like salt and pepper, etc
I will come back though as it was very comfortable for our group.

The Zanzibar charm of this property was really cool. The convenience of having a bar and tavern within the stay was great, and the staff were very nice and helpful. We would certainly recommend this stay in Nairobi!
