Far from the center of Nairobi. Right in front of the safari, but there is a highway fence between the hotel and the safari. My room was clean and good but felt average (maybe because it was not on the safari side). Breakfast was good.

It was a very smooth and efficient check in thanks to trip.com. The hotel had everything we needed and at a very reasonable price. Definitely visiting again!

Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole. Only surprise during our entire stay, start to finish, was the poor quality of the brewed coffee at breakfast. Kenya's coffee is better than that! We'll be back, to try the coffee again!!

值得推薦。房間不算太大，但乾淨衞生，設施也挺齊全。餐廳不錯，服務員熱情主動，住了幾天都混熟了。總之是不錯的體驗。

房間乾淨整潔，服務員熱情友好，酒店在當地很有名氣，用Uber打車方便快捷

交通非常便利

We stayed here for a total of three nights – two nights at the beginning of our tour, and one night at the end before flying back home. We liked the fact that this hotel was not too far from the airport, and that added to the convenience factor. The décor of the hotel is clearly African – bright colors and animals prints all contributing to the “Safari” ambiance. There are animal sculptures all around in the garden area, and lots of pretty paintings from local artists displayed on the walls inside. My favorite was the lighted Cheetah at the end of the corridor on the lobby floor. Our room on the second floor was small and dated – certainly not befitting that of a five-star hotel. The walls were painted in dark colors. The square footage was certainly not big enough for international travelers with luggage to move around comfortably. We were also not too thrilled at having to listen to the constant noise of traffic on the highway nearby, when we were trying to get some rest after a very long and tiring flight. The Bathroom with all glass doors had little-to-no privacy. This room during our initial stay overlooked the Nairobi National Park. We had arrived late in the evening on the first day, and upon waking up we could see a bunch of animals wandering around very visible to us from our window – Ostriches, Topi and lots of big and small Birds. That was pretty cool. What was most impressive about this hotel was definitely the Staff. Everybody everywhere was courteous, exceedingly polite and willing to help in whatever manner to make us feel welcomed. They also made sure that all areas were clean and spotless. A sincere “Thank You Very Much” (Ahsante Sana) to all.

It's a very nice hotel and convenient hotel. Nelson was excellent when we checked in. He explained a whole bunch of things we asked him about. The dinner we had at the restaurant was outstanding. Stephen was our server.He took our order and looked after us. I ordered mishkaki and wanted it cooked blue rare. The meat was cooked the way I wanted it.i really enjoyed it. Alex the chef even took the time to come to our table and ask us how everything was. I congratulated him as not many people can cook the way I like my steak. Later on the manager Kanata came to make sure everything was good. Thank you all. The whole team is excellent. 👏

Great facility but poor staff attitude...and I felt ripped off...my guests on honey moon not allowed to sign bills into rooms. Paid 7,000ksh for ugali and some nyama..... There is no wildlife view as claimed . Limited breakfast items....high cost. Happana.

This was the worst service I have ever received from the receptionst mwikali to the shift manager Shadrack were all very rude to my parents when they had a clear agreement … when it came to breakfast they were charged 7,000 and only got 2 sausages and bread.. for dinner with still the same payment they got ugali and spinach. I call this a total rip off shame on you ole sereni… how do you drop the plates on the table with such attitude this is the worst service I have seen yet … you either need to take your staff through rigorously training or else rethink how you run your hotel

We only spent one night here but it was clean and spacious with helpful staff. Our room overlooked the national park and we had great views in the morning before departing. Breakfast was good and we were very pleased we stayed here. I can recommend.

We had a large group staying at the facility for multiple days with a break between stays. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly on the first stay and less so on the second. Our group stores luggage at the hotel between stays, but they could not locate most of the luggage for quite some time. They insisted both times on delivering the luggage, even though we wanted to take them to the rooms ourselves. It was very long and to get the delivered luggage. They did not tag the bags that were stored with names, so on return, it was very frustrating. I bring a silk pillowcase to travel, it was removed from my pillow and they did not even offer an apology or much of an attempt to locate it. They even declared that they did not turn our room, when they clearly did. The group was large and about half of us did not have a working air conditioner in our room. They would come to "fix" it and leave saying it was fixed, when it was not. The food at the breakfast buffet was good and the service there was good, but we did not have to wait on checks or anything. The pool does not keep towels and you must track them down. The floors around the pool are very dangerous and slippery when wet. The rooms were adequate other than the broken a/c and other minor maintenance issues.

Perfect for a one night stay before starting our safari tour. Had a room overlooking the national park and saw a few animals from our room. Comfortable room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Bar and choice of 2 restaurants. 15 minutes from airport by car
