Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast. One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

房間整潔，早餐豐盛，前台及服務人員很nice，六樓有中餐廳包了好幾個晚飯。沒有遇到任何安全問題

房間太大，早餐是中式的，和合胃口

整體感覺不錯。就是床墊太軟了。

左邊不知是否教室，有點吵

挺好，邊上印度人有點多

位子很好！

Il nostro soggiorno a Lotos è stato breve, di una notte, il tempo di vistare la città. L’hotel dispone tutto ciò di cui è necessario per stare a Nairobi. Security 24 h (quando dovevamo cambiare i soldi ci hanno accompagnato). Possibilità di allungare il checkout e disponibili nelle esigenze del viaggio. L’hotel dispone anche di un ristorante all’ultimo piano. La zona è abbastanza sicura sempre considerando di stare a Nairobi noi personalmente nelle vicinanze ci spostavamo a piedi anche da soli. La colazione niente di che. Comunque molto consigliato per la città in cui si trova.

Hotel essenziale , con ristorante cinese al 6° piano. Camere pulite con angolo cottura e frigo . Le camere sono senza termosifoni , quindi se capitate nel periodo sbagliato subite il freddo. La colazione non l'ho potuta valutare in quanto uscivo prima delle 07:00 del mattino , orario 07:00 10:00. Il bagno è sprovvisto di asciugacapelli.

We stayed at Lotos Inn & Suites in Nairobi in July 2025 — before, after, and in between our safari and Mombasa trips — and I would happily rate it as a five-star hotel. From reception to housekeeping, every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their constant smiles and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with beautiful views from the balcony that we really enjoyed. The Chinese restaurant on the top floor was another highlight. Breakfast offered a great variety and catered to many tastes, and dining there in the evening was a wonderful experience — generous portions and consistently delicious food.
