We stayed 3 separate times in Nov and Dec. Each time we were welcomed like family. From reception to Zeke's cafe. Everyone went above and beyond . I love this place. The only thing missing is that they do not have accommodations for our guide. This caused some distress as he had to find accommodation in the last moment.

I saw that another reviewer called the Acacia Tree Lodge "an Oasis of Kindness and Comfort". This is such a good summary. The staff at the Hotel are so nice, kind and welcoming. They offered a level of service which we did not encounter anywhere else in Kenya during our travels. They are really a wonderful team. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and has lovely gardens. It also has 24-hr security, so you feel totally safe there. The little café/restaurant on the premises "Zeke's Café" is great, and has a wide range of reasonably-priced dishes. The rooms are very nicely decorated and well appointed. And the breakfast is superb. If I could go back there tomorrow, I would! The hotel also has a nice driver called Micah, who can help with transport to/from the Airport, or around Karen or Nairobi.

As a female solo traveler, I appreciated this quiet and safe space to land for a day in the Nairobi area during my long layover. I loved that all the proceeds go to a charity and the staff were lovely and made me feel at home even for a short stay. I was able to go for a run in the area without any issue. Would definitely stay again. Website and photos online don’t really do it justice. Very cute and comfortable

My overnight stay at Acacia Tree Lodge was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that truly stood out. The service was superb, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The lodge itself is charming and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat in Nairobi. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a relaxing stay! 🌿✨

The best service I’ve ever had in my life. The staff is so welcoming, joyful, and friendly. The cafe they have had unbeatable drinks and food. The coffee is unmatched. I love it here, I never wanted to leave. I’ll remember these people and my time here for a very long time.

I have been all over the world and when I arrived here, I was impressed. The staff is spectacular! The lodge feels so safe, clean, and gives the perfect African vibe. The beds are comfy, rooms are large and so clean. The food is home cooked and the coffee shop makes milkshakes, cappuccino and other delicious drinks. In the evenings, there are fresh cookies and coffee, warm milk and tea. The courtyard is full of beautiful flowers and there is a deck that overlooks this beauty. I would only stay here moving forward. Also, you can arrange transportation through this lodge. They also will wash and fold your laundry for minimal $. wish I could give it 10 stars!

This was my 4th time to stay at Acacia Tree, I don’t even look for another location. The staff is amazing-attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean, they’ve added screens to the windows (no mosquitos), and Zeke’s Cafe serves delicious and filling meals. And I know that I am helping serve kids in the slum by staying here. I will be back!!

The hotel is set in a lovely garden, with 24-hour security at the gate. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee available downstairs in the afternoon with a lovely homemade sweet treat. A very nice touch. The cafe food was delicious. Mary and Irene were very friendly and nice to have a chat with. There is a nice area out the front under a verandah to sit and relax. The hotel is close to walk to shopping centers and some lovely streets to wander around, we felt very safe. We will stay here again if returning to Nairobi.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Not only is it a great place to stay, but they give back to the community! The property has a very nice garden, with a relaxing terrace next to the garden. The food at Zeke's cafe is very good ! The rooms are comfortable and well decorated! The staff is so kind and caring! Steve took me to see the school and the women who make the beads as well as a tour around the community they are located in. It was so special to be guided around by Steve who actually went to school there and has seen the transformation! When I go back to Nairobi, I will definitely stay at Acacia again!
