Facilities are good even the case one stays for middle term. However, for my stay, unfortunately I couldn't stand the disgusting smell that lingered in the air. Need improvement !

Great location very close to the Asahibashi station. The hotel is old, and it wasn’t clean. There is a mini fridge and microwave, so you can purchase food at Lawson next to hotel and eat them in your room. The basic room is very small for two adults. The staff were very friendly.

The room they gave me was not cleaned. Then they changed my room.

Some livemax hotels are recent. This one is not one of them. But it will do as it's cheap and in a good location. Not my first choice, but nothing bad to say about it.

地理位置不錯，距離輕軌站很近，邊上就是一個全家便利店。價格不貴，淘到一間週六200塊不到，可以當場開住宿證明。可是房間裏味道比較重，連我這個重度鼻炎患者都覺得味道難聞，噴了房間裏的空氣清新劑，效果也不大。房間裏有微波爐，我這間可能是剛裝修的電源插座也換了新的，竟然還有type-c的接口，看其他評價好像不是所有房間都這樣。

整體的住宿感受其實不太好 當天下著雨 因為護照遺失 在機場又無法搭機返回 臨時找了一間飯店可以落腳 一樓大廳有旅遊指南、洗衣房 但電梯幾乎全黑的狀態非常壓迫 進到房間 好小好擁擠 雖然已入住非吸菸樓層 但其他樓層開放可吸煙 所以室內環境的煙味有點重 原本預計留2晚 因為整體環境所以提早退房換地方住宿…

酒店位置不錯 去國際通可以步行 離機場和地鐵站也很近 很方便 酒店前台工作人員處理問題比較積極 態度也比較好 攜程工作人員態度也很好幫忙處理問題

흠.... 혼자 지내기엔 괜찮아요 청결이나 기타등등은 포기한다면 싼가격에 싼가격에 맞는 숙소를 얻는거니까요... 위치도 괜춘하고 나쁘지않습니다 혼 자 서 !지내기에는요...ㅋㅋ

部屋はとても狭く、薄暗いです。そして何より苦痛だったのは芳香剤？消臭剤？か分からないですが部屋中にその匂いがこびり付いていて本当苦痛でした。更にユニットバスの蛇口は水がポタポタ落ちてる状態だったので閉めようとすると女性では到底無理な程固く、結局夜中ポタポタと落ちてる状態でした。清掃も椅子に髪の毛があったり…カビの様な物もありました。何度か各地のリブマックスを利用した事がありましたが、他は普通のビジネスホテルでしたがココは本当ビックリするレベルのホテルでした。

利夫馬克斯經濟型酒店出乎意料的很滿意，因價格便宜，原對酒店房間內設施沒有期待，沒想到從拖鞋到睡衣，從燒開水的熱水器到微波爐，樣樣齊全，衞生乾淨，性價比超高。但要注意訂雙人間是隻有1張床的，建議訂單間更實費方便。交通方便，從機場坐6站電車至旭橋站下車，電車票日元270元，走300米左右到酒店，酒店不提供早餐，但酒店隔壁就有便利店買早餐，可以用付款寶，下次去還會利用。

国際通りから徒歩約10分と繁華街にアクセスは悪くありません。コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。3000円代ですので厳しくは言えませんが衛生面を気にする方はお勧めできません。部屋がジメジメしており臭いが気になります。また、エアコンの吹き出し口の中が見えるのですがカビまみれでした。 その点を気にしなければとてもコスパの良いホテルです。
