It’s was a great experience and I think I will be doing this again for my next family visit, perfect location and awesome hotel staff ( Pak Ferdi, Rosi, …)

Great place to stay. There’s backdoor if you going to Nagoya mall. Wish there’s backdoor if going to first spa and shop around Aston Nagoya. The room are clean and staff are helpful. The breakfast are good.

Nice hotel and friendly customer service. Breakfast so good with a lot of varieties. Grab are so much easier and fast. Can short cut to Nagoya but the slope staircase not convenient but you can also go short cut by the road side very near. During CNY we received orange and packet ang pow with notes and token $$ for luck.

So far, this is the best hotel I stay whenever visit to Batam. Room is spacious and clean.

Room is spacious and bed is comfortable! Need to do some upgrading as the room is abit old. Breakfast is good. Service is excellent.

Arrived at 230pm and was told room not ready. Waited at the lobby, checked again at 250pm, and again was told not ready. I have specifically told the front staff that I'm waiting at the sofa and please let me now when ready. However, upon checking again at 310pm with another staff and the room card was already prepared and left at the pigeon hole. Very disappointed that there is no handling over between staff knowing that a customer is waiting for a room.

The hotel is having renovations so it was noisy during the day. Check-in time is 3pm. Breakfast spread is pretty good. Location is walking distance to Nagoya Mall.

Stayed a couple of times, still my favourite. Booked a standard room, gave me a free upgrade, room was huge. Hotel is near to few malls, especially Nagoya Mall.

Great location to choose if your a lazy traveller that dislike moving about too far cause everything you need is in a circle around you . Also super happy staff always making my father and I smile

I have been here in the past, before and after their upgrade… requested for seaview but only allocated at the corners, possibly due to my late arrivals. Their service is impeccable, able to accede to all our request. Overall it is nice to be back again! Thanks!

Happy with my stay and hotel just walking distance to nagoya mall within a few mins. As for breakfast, should put alittle more effort on it.

Location: The hotel is close to several golf courses, making it easy for us to get to our games. It’s also near local attractions and restaurants. Rooms: The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. After a day of golfing, it was nice to come back to a cozy room. Facilities: We loved the hotel’s facilities. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the fitness center had everything we needed. The spa was a great bonus after playing golf. Dining: The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty options. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which had a good variety of dishes. Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Overall Experience: IHotel Batam was perfect for our golf trip. Great location, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and amazing service. We highly recommend it to other golf groups and can’t wait to come back!
