Hotel a Muro, Spagna

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel su raccomandazione di una amica e siamo così felici di essere seguito a questa raccomandazione. L'hotel è bellamente tranquillo e offre un enorme valore di riposo. Un giardino grande e la piscina sono super mantenuti. Sedere sulla terrazza sotto gli alberi grandi è meraviglioso e circonda il bellissimo cibo tipico del paese. Qui si può passare molte belle ore, anche se si passa solo per una cena. Ma anche in casa si presenta un'atmosfera rustica senza sentire l'urlauseling.. Le camere sono convenienti e molto ordinate e mantenute. L'aria condizionata è stata molto tranquilla e ben manipolata. È possibile dire solo positivo circa gli ospiti. L'equipaggio attorno alla proprietaria e suo figlio è super gentile e attento e si sente molto veloce e molto bene. Posso solo consigliare l'hotel a tutti coloro che vogliono passare una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante a Mallorca, oltre alla solita rumore.

Excelente atención y servicio desde el minuto uno de tu reserva, limpieza excelente, calidad/precio inmejorable, los dos chicos que actualmente lo llevan desde ene 2023 realmente han marcado una clara diferencia en función a la anterior propiedad que por lo que leo estuvieron hasta dic 2022 y era un desastre, yo reserve por casualidad y tuve que preguntar porque esas reseñas y luego lo entendí.... actualmente lo lleva el dueño del edificio y es una gran persona, una gente de tu a tu con una muy buena atencion... Que decir de las instalaciones con dos zonas comunes una cubierta y una en terraza segundo piso y unas preciosas habitaciones con un combinado de rustico y moderno donde te sientes a gusto y descansas muy bien, el colchón y la almohada son las mejores que probé en distintos hoteles de Mallorca desde hace tiempo, precio muy bueno, una pena que la suite estuviera reservada y no poder probar la zona de jacuzzi y terracita en habitación, fuera hay varios bares y restaurante ya que esta situado situado en la plaza de Maria de la Salut un pueblo situado en el centro de Mallorca, en la plaza hay parking eléctrico y minusválido delante del hotel y prácticamente a 1 minuto andando un parking publico. Todo muy bien y muy contento de proba, hasta pronto, sAludos!

Abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia di 4 (2 adulti, 2 adolescenti) in 2 camere gemelle. L'hotel era moderno e pulito in una grande posizione centrale. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Camere: Bella dimensione, pulito, buona vista sulla piscina, bel balcone, buona selezione di canali TV. Servizio di cameriera ogni giorno. Ma ... Le camere hanno avuto un orribile odore di fogna quando il condizionamento dell'aria era in corso. Piscine: 4 piscina all'aperto molto grande per tutti i gruppi di età, ma l'acqua è molto fredda. Letti di sole sporchi e stanchi. Asciugamani rimossi. C'è una piscina interna per bambini più una piscina / spa per oltre 16s. Cibo: Buona selezione ma spalmata dal fatto che sia il colazione che la cena sera era fredda. Non piace mangiare uova fredde fritte e salsicce. I bicchieri sembravano sporchi. Nessun sacchetto di tè inglese per colazione così comprato il nostro da un supermercato. Il frutto è ovviamente fuori tutta la notte quando era secco. Mio figlio è stato dato pollo che era crudo in mezzo. Mi sono lamentato e mi sono deluso di non ricevere scusa. Siamo stati anche molto delusi per l'etichettatura dei prodotti alimentari. Niente per dirvi quale sapore fosse la torta, lo yogurt o la giochi. Solo un gioco se fosse un sapore che ti piacerebbe. Inoltre, punto principale: nessuna informazione allergenica su nulla. C'è una piccola sala da gioco, ma la palla bianca è scomparsa dalla tavola da piscina e alcune macchine fuori ordine. È necessario 10 euro di deposito per prendere in prestito tavolo da tennis e palla. Il personale della reception era carino, gentile e amichevole, ma il ristorante e il personale del bistro non erano molto.
