Abbiamo utilizzato la formula mezza pensione per una settimana e devo dire che ne siamo stati decisamente soddisfatti per più motivi. Appartamento con un open space con divano letto e angolo cottura più una camera matrimoniale. Dotato anche di balcone con tavolo e sedie e di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare compreso un piccolo frigorifero. Pulizia ottima e quotidiana a esclusione di due giorni a settimana (mercoledì e sabato). Bella piscina anche se non enorme, silenzio assoluto ma a due isolati da Playa de Muro, una delle spiagge più famose di Maiorca. Colazione eccellente e varia, sia salata che dolce. Cena ok anche se forse migliorabile. Personale di sala estremamente gentile e possibilità di mangiare nel dehor vista lago. Distributore di acqua fredda gratis molto apprezzato. Gentilezza fino alla fine quando dovendo partire alle tre di notte ci hanno anche preparato il cestino take away per la colazione! Assolutamente consigliato anche per rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Pro: Excellent staff, delicious food served at the buffet with different varieties everyday and no repetitions, very fresh food and lots of choices even for kids .. Staff is super friendly and even helped us to celebrate my birthday with lots of fun and flare and no charge at all. Very close to the beach and wash area Con: Rooms are a bit older with the cupboard smelling of mould and the bathroom drain not working properly. Apart from that everything was great and will visit again

Room and restaurant is good, good view from restaurant, but the pool is too liten and too deep for us short people and many children who play and jump in the water all the time. Too liten pool for many geast, good that it take 5-6 minutes to the beach. Good beach.

Had a great stay with our 12month old twins. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful no matter what we asked and they were so nice to our twins. Food in the bar/restaurant was very nice and breakfast buffet was fab! It was a bit too cold to swim but it's to be expected at this time of year, regardless pool area was beautiful and always spotless. Would definitely return.

Stayed for aweek came back 14th Oct The apartment we stayed in was good couple of issues we paid for room and tv only to find out no british channels we asked at the reception if anychance of getting at least one british channel on...it just fell on deaf ears In our room 127 got bitten everyday by loads of mosquitoes bites and I mean loads even repellant didn't stop them.. I'm not one for moaning the room was good cleaners do a great job... Pool eara good plenty of sunbeds The place itself okish been to majorca loads of times wouldn't book player de muro I go somewhere else..

We have been going to Elisa for many years. We love it for its proximity to the beach and restaurants yet it is still very quiet. The whole place was refurbished a few years ago and it now looks very stylish. The a la carte restaurant serves very good meals and all the staff are really nice.

We liked the hotel very mutch. Hope to come back again one dag! Clouse to the Beach. Restaurants near by. Nice place for bicycling and hikes. Also nice start for sightseeing with car. Lovely pool area. Very nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast! ❤️

Booked a two week stay at the Universal Aparthotel Elisa when looking for a 4 star self catering apartment and it did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious with the best air conditioning I’ve ever experienced whilst on holiday. Modern, clean and well kitted out although the fridge was a little small and dated. The pool area was lovely and well kept with plenty of comfortable sun beds any time of the day which is a first for us as a family, no 6am scramble for beds. A lovely little bar / dining area services the pool area and food is available which is cooked at the main restaurant and brought to you at the pool. A big plus for this hotel is the filtered cooled fresh drinking water points dotted around the hotel so you can fill your own water bottles saving on one use plastics so bring your refillable water bottles. I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Universal Aparthotel Elisa, extremely friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. All in all as a family we are very impressed and will definitely visit again in the future. Thank you for our lovely relaxed stay.

3rd day here and the air conditioning has stopped working been to the reception and many people complain g as to why and getting fobbed off saying that it is to do with the power no fans supplied to help with the heat and you can’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes attacking you really disappointed as to how we have been treated and no one can say as to when the air conditioning will work again not what you want with the temperature at 80 degrees at 12am loads of families with children and not one of the staff have apologised not good enough for me what was going to be a great holiday had now been downgraded to a poor holiday and still no explanation very poor from staff and management

The hotel was lovely. Very clean. The swimming pool was really nice. I have never been to a hotel where you could go to the pool at 10am and still get a bed around the pool. So that was a bonus. If you wanted food in the restaurant it was really nice. The bar food and drinks were very good value for money.Guillem Miralles was the best bar man. so helpful, and always friendly.

Fantastic hotel! Clean, well run, extremely high and personal service, very nice rooms and most of all - the staff is second to none!!! After not being completely satisfied with dining experiences in Alcudia, you will not regret dining at the restaurant at Elisa. Very high food quality and service - highly recommendable.

Staying nearby but loved the location of this restaurant overlooking the lagoon in a peaceful setting. Nice atmosphere in restaurant, attentive and polite staff. Good menu choices with authentic Spanish dishes included, food was lovely and well presented and good value. Complimentary peach shots at end of meal which was a nice touch. By far the best restaurant we found in Playa de Muro both from the point of view of food, location and ambience.

A short break at the universal Elisa apartments in playa de muro. The apartment was lovely, actually better than I expected ,very clean and fully equipped if you wanted to cook. The hotel , pool and bar areas lovely , eat in the hotel restaurant twice during our stay the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and polite . Location was ideal in a tranquil setting overlooking the lake , just a five minute stroll to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Playa de muro .

Nice and clean. Up to date. Great staff. Great well looked after pool. Food is lovely. Close to beach. Our 2nd time as we loved it so much and we will go again. Close to shops as well would definitely recommend
