It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Ogni anno, siamo all'ora festiva di ottobre in questo hotel. Purtroppo, l'hotel è arrivato negli anni e talvolta ha bisogno di rinnovazioni. A causa della sua buona posizione alla stazione di metropolitana di Josephsburg, perfetto per una visita in città o se si desidera come noi per la festa di ottobre. Buffet di colazione fantastico e molto buon personale nella zona di colazione. Mega amichevole e anche in molti casi di funzionamento sempre tranquillo e lasciato davvero super così, oggi ci sono ancora molto raramente. La reception manca personale competente. La sera dell'arrivo, si diceva che il giorno dei biglietti del metro sarebbe stato disponibile alla reception, quando il giorno dopo, chi voleva comprare lì, diceva il personale che non c'era qui. Tutto in tutto, ma ancora un buon hotel, ma un po' di tempo dovrebbe essere rinnovato.

Pro: - Garage a terra gratuito Contra: - Il flusso nel bagno ha fornito un odore durevole e terribile. Doveva essere tenuta chiusa la porta del bagno in modo permanente, altrimenti il profumo sarebbe stato trascinato attraverso l'intera stanza - nel bagno c'era un piccolo carro a tre piani, in cui si poteva immagazzinare le sue cose per il bagno. Purtroppo, questo carro era così sporco su tutti e tre i livelli di deposito che doveva essere abbassato in tutto. - Il bagno aveva solo 2 ganci per esempio. Riempire i tovaglioli - Nel doccia la testa di doccia era leggera, in modo che potesse lasciare la testa di doccia solo in basso - Il tubo della testa di doccia era attraverso il permanente ”sotto-pendere” - In uno dei nostri letti c'era un vivace castor - Le tessere nel bagno sul pavimento erano già colorate scure - lo specchio nel bagno era stato trasmesso dopo l'arrivo di piastre d'acqua - Nella sala colazione c'è una colleghe che sembra essere sconvolta, perché viene alla sala colazione ogni pochi minuti, finge di lavare un tavolo e poi osservare la gente al pranzo. Un comportamento estremamente nervoso, perché non si può fare colazione in pace - i dipendenti della colonna di pulizia si prendono nella sala colazione senza disinfettare le mani prima, con le mani bianche il loro cibo (fragole, salsa, formaggio), Lavorare e coinvolgersi in questo

This is a really nice hotel, near the Munich Messe, but quite a way out of the central area of the city. No restaurants near the hotel, so dinner in the hotel is recommendable, except for the Friday Night buffet, which is overpriced and not as nice as menu ordered foods in other nights. There are restaurants in the Arcaden, Mall. But I don;t know if they are open at night. The hotel and staff are very nice though.

Hotel moderno e molto attento al green. Il personale del front office è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Avendo prenotato due camere classic, ci hanno dato un upgrade con due stanze executive comunicanti, davvero molto confortevoli. La posizione è strategica perché consente di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio sottostante e muoversi con i mezzi, essendo proprio ad un paio di minuti da una stazione. Ci sono solo 4 fermate per Marienplatz. Colazione davvero completa, che sarebbe davvero un peccato perdere! Davvero consigliato!

Quando dovevamo prenotare un hotel a Monaco, la maggior parte degli altri hotel erano molto costosi o erano prenotati. Il niu loco ha ancora offerto camere inferiori a 100€ per notte (con colazione inclusa!) in condizioni eque. Il niu non è lontano dall'autostrada. Il quartiere/i dintorni non sono bellissimi. Fortunatamente, il traffico pesante fuori non poteva essere sentito in tutto l'edificio. Puoi parcheggiare la tua auto sottoterra per 10€ per notte. La prossima stazione di tubo è a facile raggiungimento: si può camminare lì in 5-10 minuti. Linea 6 vi porta a Schwabing e Marienplatz direttamente (3€50 per una volta). La mia camera era tranquilla, pulita e accogliente. Il letto era comodo. Non c'era un minibar, ma una TV con una grande schermata. In una scatola c'erano alcuni giochi e un giocattolo per bambini. Il bagno era estremamente pulito. Mi fascinava la lampada di disco, che produsse effetti luminosi “psicedelica” sul tetto e sulle pareti. Il salotto si apre nella sala colazione. Il loro colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di rulli, diversi tipi di pane tedesco delizioso, vari gioielli, salsicce, frutta, yogurt e muffole. Il caffè ha gusto bene. A differenza di quanto si può leggere in alcuni degli altri recensioni, ho trovato il personale aperto e cooperativo. In un nutshell, mi rivolgerò facilmente al niu loco, perché ha molti più vantaggi che svantaggi. Il mio collega vuole tornare con la sua famiglia.

Alla fine sono andato in un altro Hilton, ma fortunatamente non è lontano. Nel complesso, è un hotel molto conveniente! Tutti devono prestare attenzione al limite di altezza della nostra auto durante la guida. Il limite di altezza dei garage sotterranei in Germania è generalmente di 2 metri. Il garage di questo hotel è relativamente alto e abbiamo parcheggiato con riluttanza. Il costo del parcheggio è di circa 25 euro a notte

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

La posizione è ottima. A pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana U3. L'hotel è molto moderno e le camere dispongono di angolo cottura e lavatrice. Ma non c'era la tenda della doccia nel bagno, il pavimento era molto bagnato dopo la doccia e la ventola di scarico del bagno era rotta. Non sono presenti segnali direzionali all'ingresso della strada che conduce alla zona reception. La reception si trova al piano seminterrato. Il personale della reception al momento del check-in era molto indifferente e non sembrava che ci fosse alcun senso di benvenuto in questo hotel. Forse è perché il mio soggiorno è stato di sole 6 notti, forse è stato troppo breve per gli standard dell'hotel. Ho scelto questo hotel nella stagione sbagliata! Check-in dal 18 al 24 agosto. Il clima a Monaco è molto caldo, 30°C+ ogni giorno. Al momento della prenotazione mi è stato detto che in camera non c'era l'aria condizionata. Ma non c'è nemmeno un ventilatore? ! Inoltre, tutti gli aspiratori nei bagni e nelle cucine sono fuori servizio. L'unica finestra nella stanza poteva essere aperta solo di circa 10 cm (motivi di sicurezza?). La stanza era così soffocante che era difficile dormire la notte. Inoltre ho alloggiato nella camera 105, che si trova al piano terra e si affaccia sulla strada, è molto rumorosa e polverosa. Se pensi di soggiornare in questa stanza durante l'estate, buona fortuna! Oh, la Germania è un paese che pone grande enfasi sul riciclaggio e sul riciclaggio. Questo hotel sembra essere progettato per soggiorni di lunga durata. Ma nella stanza non c’erano informazioni su come smaltire i materiali riciclabili come carta, vetro, plastica o metallo. In cucina c'era solo un sacco della spazzatura di plastica.

La camera è molto comoda e confortevole e le prese accanto al letto su entrambi i lati sono particolarmente impressionanti. Questo è più premuroso di molti hotel. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è troppo alto, più economico rispetto ad altri paesi dell'Europa occidentale. C'è un ottimo ristorante gourmet tedesco a 20 metri sulla sinistra, con servizio e piatti ottimi.
