Hotel in zona Ostbahnhof, Monaco Di Baviera

I booked this hostel last minute, and I've never stayed in a hostel before, so I can't really compare it to other places. Despite reading reviews on Hostelworld about the single rooms being hot, I have no complaints about the room. I stayed in Munich when the temperature had a low of 20 Celcius and a high of 30. I had no issues with the room. I did have a large fan on in the room, which kept it cool. My room also had its own balcony and I sat outside to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect for those who love their own space or couple. My only gripe was that the WiFi was slow at times, so I couldn't even search the website to test internet speed. I had a data roaming plan, so this wasn't that big of an issue. I would stay here again if I'm back in Munich. A Lidl at the end of the street and the Train station is a 2-minute walk away. It couldn't get better.

The courtyard was part of the same trip for which I had stayed at the Novotel city centre at the start of my trip. The area is as in Novotel City Centre, a little dodgy. However it was a very comfortable stay. Although the room is not as large as the Novotel, and the bathroom smaller, the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed. There is a restaurant which served reasonably good food and again the waiter was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you all!

La camera è molto comoda e confortevole e le prese accanto al letto su entrambi i lati sono particolarmente impressionanti. Questo è più premuroso di molti hotel. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è troppo alto, più economico rispetto ad altri paesi dell'Europa occidentale. C'è un ottimo ristorante gourmet tedesco a 20 metri sulla sinistra, con servizio e piatti ottimi.

Per la chiusura dell'oktobwrfest sono stato a Monaco di baviera ed ho preso alloggio presso l'hotel Bentõ. La struttura è di nuova generazione , gli arredi moderni e le stanze ampie. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile mentre il personale della reception è sufficientemente educato. La colazione, seppur non inclusa nel prezzo della camera è classicamente continentale con derrate fresche e variegate. L'unica nota dolente riguarda proprio la reception dove il personale non mastica per nulla l'italiano (cosa strana visto che gli ospiti prevalenti erano italiani).... Consiglio quest'hotel per poter visitare Manaco malgrado sia decisamente lontano dal centro ma servito dalla metropolitana leggera .....

Pro: - Garage a terra gratuito Contra: - Il flusso nel bagno ha fornito un odore durevole e terribile. Doveva essere tenuta chiusa la porta del bagno in modo permanente, altrimenti il profumo sarebbe stato trascinato attraverso l'intera stanza - nel bagno c'era un piccolo carro a tre piani, in cui si poteva immagazzinare le sue cose per il bagno. Purtroppo, questo carro era così sporco su tutti e tre i livelli di deposito che doveva essere abbassato in tutto. - Il bagno aveva solo 2 ganci per esempio. Riempire i tovaglioli - Nel doccia la testa di doccia era leggera, in modo che potesse lasciare la testa di doccia solo in basso - Il tubo della testa di doccia era attraverso il permanente ”sotto-pendere” - In uno dei nostri letti c'era un vivace castor - Le tessere nel bagno sul pavimento erano già colorate scure - lo specchio nel bagno era stato trasmesso dopo l'arrivo di piastre d'acqua - Nella sala colazione c'è una colleghe che sembra essere sconvolta, perché viene alla sala colazione ogni pochi minuti, finge di lavare un tavolo e poi osservare la gente al pranzo. Un comportamento estremamente nervoso, perché non si può fare colazione in pace - i dipendenti della colonna di pulizia si prendono nella sala colazione senza disinfettare le mani prima, con le mani bianche il loro cibo (fragole, salsa, formaggio), Lavorare e coinvolgersi in questo

Il B&B munchen city west è il tipico business hotel comodo e funzionale. Ci hanno assegnato una stanza al piano terra di dimensioni modeste, come tutte le doppie credo, ma arredata in maniera strategica. I letti erano veramente comodi e anche il bagno, che aveva una doccia spaziosa con acqua alla giusta pressione e temperatura. Abbiamo dormito comodamente anche perché l’hotel è molto tranquillo e per niente rumoroso. Abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito e di una buona e fornita colazione. Consigliato per brevi visite a monaco dato che si trova in un punto tattico vicino alla metro che, in poche fermate, consente di raggiungere comodamente il centro storico.

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the A&O Laim and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. With a wide variety of options ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty eggs and breads, there was something to satisfy every palate. The dining area was spacious and well-maintained, and the attentive staff ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day on a high note. Lastly, I cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. They were always available to provide helpful recommendations, whether it was suggesting local restaurants or providing directions to nearby attractions. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Hotel di recente costruzione situato a nord di Monaco, in un quartiere tranquillissimo e ben fornito. Fermata della metropolitana letteralmente davanti alla porta. Prezzo un po’ più basso rispetto ad altri hotel di pari categoria. Abbiamo scelto una camera doppia superior, più grande delle camere standard, e ci è stata assegnata la 5004 al quinto e ultimo piano. Ci siamo fermati 4 notti, con colazione inclusa. PRO: - vicinanza alla metro che con un cambio (20 minuti circa) porta in Marienplatz - a terra piastrelle effetto legno anziché moquette - camera ampia - colazione abbastanza varia anche se ripetitiva CONTRO: - in 4 giorni non ci è mai stata rifatta la stanza, e lo trovo allucinante per un hotel che si fa pagare comunque ben più di 100€ a notte. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati solo su richiesta, ma per il resto non vengono rifatti i letti, passato l’aspirapolvere, pulito il bagno, addirittura i bicchieri sporchi non sono mai stati sostituiti in 4 giorni. Inconcepibile. - la colazione è poco varia, non c’è pane tostato nè la possibilità di farsi preparare un caffè o cappuccino dal bar ma solo dalla macchinetta. - parcheggio a pagamento a 15€ al giorno e NESSUN parcheggio libero davanti l’hotel neppure per scaricare la valige (se si esclude un pezzo d’erba sul marciapiede dove abbiamo giocoforza lasciato la macchina mentre facevamo check in). C’è il parcheggio dell’Aldi a 1€ al giorno al di là della ferrovia ma ovviamente non è assolutamente custodito - simpatia del personale al check in e check out migliorabile - il letto non è matrimoniale, ma sono due singoli attaccati (con il buco in mezzo e lenzuola divise)

L'hôtel est aisément accessible, un peu en dehors de la vieille ville, donc un parking aisé. Les chambres sont propres fonctionnelles et la literie est assez correcte. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant Grec attenant, il est complet, sans exagérations. La climatisation est silencieuse et heureusement car la ventilation de la salle de bain est infernale. Elle tourne en permanence et est bruyante a tel point que l’on a du enlever la carte de commande de l’électricité de la chambre pour la stopper. La salle de bain présente des problèmes d’ergonomie, dérouleur de papier mal placé donc on s’y cogne, la vitre de la douche trop courte donc on mouille partout… L'espace entre la télévision et le lit est insuffisant, on se cogne donc également contre la télé. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le restaurant Grec attenant, et les ‘bacs bain marie ne tenaient pas » les œufs ont fait le grand plongeon mais ils n’en mettent pas d’autres… Aux vues de tout cela c’est trop chère pour ce qui est proposé.
