Good location, excellent view from high floor room

Le camere sono molto accoglienti e confortevoli. La posizione è perfetta - proprio in centro ma in una piccola strada tranquilla. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è un po' minimalista :) ma si può ordinare tutto ciò che si desidera essere preparati. Hanno una tessera anche per la colazione. Il ristorante dell'hotel è uno dei migliori della città per il cibo giapponese.

A great hotel in an amazing location. We arrived late and were greeted by the most friendly team. The room was well appointed, with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was delightful, the team were always so friendly. We would come back

Our room was a perfect blend of style and comfort, with thoughtful touches that showcased the designer's vision. The rooftop lounge offered panoramic city views and became our favorite spot for evening cocktails. This hotel is a must-visit for design enthusiasts and those seeking a truly unique experience.

Fantastic hotel! The staff are incredibly thoughtful, kind, and fun. I would stay here again just because of the people that work here. The rooms are a good size and well furnished. The shower is very nice. Perfect location. The hotel’s bar is also very good. Fantastic cocktails and very good service. Dark and moody.

Incredible service and quality room amenities. Check-in process was welcoming and one of the best we’ve experienced. Hotel food very good, especially the bar area downstairs, and the breakfast room upstairs. Roof bar had amazing views of Munich.

Elegant fabulous hotel. Old world charm decor with modern conveniences. Charging ports are great and shower controls high tech. It’s a combo of old world and modern conveniences. We blew the circuit in our room and they came very quickly to fix it and were so sincere in their efforts. Couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. Breakfast buffet is nice- not as over the top as the Adlon- but fresh and delicious. The front desk folk are tip top.

Dario, the great italian concierge who helped us in all possible ways to navigate the city when we were a bit lost, on phone too. Jessica, Jenny, and the entire team at Mandarin made our first visit to Munich very very comfortable.Considering that this was our first visit to munich, it was just amazing. The service and the room were very luxurious. A stay of luxury indeed! Keep up the good work!

We missed our connection home and had to spend an unplanned night in Munich. This hotel was a wonderful surprise-a very kind and welcoming staff, updated, spacious rooms with modern technological amenities, pillows that were HUGE and comfortable, and a large comfortable bed. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner (Matsuhisa) and breakfast. The food was good and the staff was lovely. The hotel is centrally located, just a couple of blocks from high end shopping and from a beautiful old town center. Given we were "stuck" overnight in Munich, this was an amazing way to spend our 24 hours in Munich.

All service is personalized and makes you feel unique and literally a FAN of the Mandarin Oriental chain! The hotel is extremely luxurious, the design is incredible and you can take beautiful photos! Everything is very comfortable, clean and elegant. The food is incredible and very tasty. The view is breathtaking and here you will find everything a true 5-star hotel can offer! An excellent stay with great attention to detail. The concierge service is some of the best I've experienced, the overall team are fantastic, proactive and attentive. The Mandarin Munich met expectations and then some. This is my default property for Munich, simply the best.

This is easily one of the best hotels in the city. Friendly, personable experience, that went above and beyond to make our stay special, including for our 4 year old traveling with us. Dinner at Matsuhisa and afternoon tea in the lobby were perfect to top it off. The location is central to anywhere in Munich. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had dinner at matsuhisa. Great food and service! Favorite was the miso cod, but everything else was great too. Also good wines and a waiter with great knowledge. The ambience was also very pleasant with it being not too loud and not too quiet either and great zen style furnishings
