깔끔한 거주형 아파트 형태로, 객실 내부에서 요리를 할 수 있고 지하에서는 빨래를 할 수 있습니다. 넓지는 않지만 나름 효율적인 공간으로 여행객이 머무르기 정말 좋았어요. 통창이 아주 마음에 듭니다 :)

Location molto centrale (ogni punto della città facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici) in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutti i servizi essenziali sono a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi. Atmosfera accogliente da parte del personale. Appartamento dal design minimale, spazioso e pulito, dotato del necessario anche per un soggiorno lungo. Consigliato!

Le camere sul retro sono più tranquille. A breve distanza dalla U-Bahn. A meno di dieci minuti dal centro città. Appartamento pulito e tranquillo. Facile accesso. Wifi e canali TV sufficienti. Qualche pentola e padella in più sarebbe utile.

Great location outside green zone of Munich, which is great if travelling by non-german car. Close to supermarket and ubahn. Good value for money The staff is very helpful. Had a small misunderstanding regarding room allocated and booked but got fixed quickly

I very enjoyed my staying in Brera. The apartment was very comfortable and the friendly staff was always ready to help. I stayed for almost 3 months and the service was great during all my staying. The location is excellent as well and you can easily reach every destination because of the U station which is just few minutes by walk.

As a Canadian who stayed 1 month at Brera until I found a rental apartment, I can really recommend their services and accommodation. Very clean, right next to the UBahn and 3 grocery stores + gym. Lisa and Jule were a delight to talk with and help me get settled as well. Highly recommend!

Brera Serviced Apartments is a great place to start off your journey in Münich (and / or in Germany). It has all the basic things that you need right out of the bat (like a kitchen, a couple of pans, knifes). Unlikely a hotel, Brera Serviced Apartments it is a “mini-home” so you can start to get the handle of things, for instance: how the supermarket works, what are working hours of the city, how you can get by cleaning your place, how you handle your cooking, and so on. Downstairs, you can find some washing and drying machine, and some rafts in case you want to leave your clothes to dry just by hanging them. The location is also quite convenient: it is a few steps away from one the most important subway line, it has handy restaurant downstairs (great food, decent price)… you can get to virtually any place in Münich from there. My review is a 5-start one given the awesome reception of Jule and Lisa – experienced with foreign people, extremely professional and superbly caring.

I really enjoyed my one month stay at Brera. I'd like to specially underline the personnel work! Jule and Lisa were extremely helpful and kind! Supported me with all questions and requests. Thank you for my pleasant stay!

Excelent location: near supermarkets, drug stores and multiple options of public transport. Smooth staying: easy check-in/out. Everyone was super helpful and kind. Good accommodations: We stayed at a Cosy apartment, but it had everything we needed. We were able to buy groceries and cook our own food. There was a small kitchen and they also provided a few equipements (pans, cutting table, utensils and etc). Our room also was equiped with an AC, which was very nice. The reception would also received our packages and mail, which was very helpful.

Bright, sunny apartments with good kitchens. An excellent food-shop (HIT) within a short walk. Ideal transit connections -- the U4 is on the corner, so the Hbf is only 7 minutes away, and Odeonsplatz and the Englischer Garten only 10 minutes. Or a tram takes you to Westpark for walks and green space. The surrounding streets always felt safe. The laundry-room in the basement is convenient and clean. The Spuntino downstairs makes excellent pizza. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly -- Tomi and Lisa were always happy to help with any questions that came up. My wife and I stayed here several times over the winter of 2021-2022, and were always happy to come back. We hope to return on our next visit to Munich.
