The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

Prima di prenotare un hotel, ho controllato molto, inclusa la prenotazione, Airbnb e Ctrip. Alla fine, ho scelto questo hotel in base al prezzo e alle valutazioni. Ho letto attentamente tutte le recensioni su questo hotel su Ctrip. Alcuni dei punteggi bassi ottenuti Sono molto triste, ero preoccupato, ma non ho avuto problemi dopo il check-in, al contrario, ho pensato che fosse molto bello, la stanza non era troppo grande, ma non avevano l'aria condizionata e i radiatori installati. Se la stanza fosse troppo grande, non sarebbe calda, quindi la zona è giusta e si può usare una valigia da 24 pollici. Puoi aprirla a piacimento nella stanza. C'è una finestra nella stanza. È un grande pezzo di vetro da cui si può vedere il panorama fuori. Anche la bella donna alla reception è molto gentile. Anche se il suo inglese è mediocre, cerca comunque di rispondere alle mie domande. L'hotel non è lontano dalla fermata del tram. La stazione è molto vicino. Dalla stazione del tram ci vogliono circa 27 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Monaco (cioè Marienplatz e il Palazzo di Monaco). Il biglietto di sola andata costa 3,9 euro. Se volete andare in centro città, dovete considera il trasporto. Se hotel + trasporto = soggiorno nel centro di Monaco, sceglierò comunque il centro città. Dato che non lo conosco per la prima volta, posso scegliere qui.

Povero hotel. Camere sporche e stanche. Camminato e c'erano capelli biondi in tutto il pavimento- la pulizia non era stata svuotata. Camere stanche, carta da parati uscite, marchi in tutto il bagno. Camere erano così nasose. Potevi sentire la stanza accanto a noi chiudere le loro tende. Povera qualità del sonno. Il personale non sorrise. La carta chiave non funzionava. La ricezione l'ha accusata di essere tenuta con i nostri telefoni. Non erano in prossimità. Passato in passato un paio di persone con la stessa questione... Monaco è un posto così bello, quando visito la prossima volta non sarà con questo hotel...

La prima sorpresa che ci ha dato è la posizione, la stanza è in un altro edificio, non l'hotel principale.Poi siamo andati in camera, e era sporco, i capelli lasciati dietro. Ho dovuto andare subito a prendere delle tolette, perché non potevo camminare a causa delle tinture.Ci erano spider e le finestre non erano chiare.Poi l'acqua di doccia non scendeva, quindi ho dovuto fare una doccia con il flusso minimo d'acqua, altrimenti sarebbe fluito in bagno e poi in camera.C'erano rumori, qualcuno lavorava dal giorno uno. e poi improvvisamente si sopportarono il riscaldamento.Quindi immagina una stanza senza riscaldamento in inverno a Monaco, soprattutto questa. e per sopra di esso, dove ci avvelena, perche' usavano Ozone per pulire le camere.Posso dire che questo hotel non vale la pena

Principale mancanza di ritenuta. Nessun gancio nel dormitorio o nel bagno per tenere separati i prodotti umidi. Rimase per 6 notti e viveva fuori dalle valigie per 3. Solo 3 pendenti in piccolo cassetto. Non abbastanza per 2 persone. Prendeva diverse denunce e 3 giorni per ottenere di più.

La struttura è stata prenotata con cucina per un paio di giorni e ha richiesto flessibilità. Così facile da raggiungere con un sistema di viaggi superbmente collegato. L'hotel era proprio quello che volevamo. Moderno e ben attrezzato. Non poteva sentire un suono dall'esterno delle opzioni di viaggio che era piacevole. Ottima scelta ampiamente al colazione. Vicino a negozi e ristoranti nel centro Moosach, che lo rende facile. Sicuramente resta qui per visitare Monaco, e anche cercare questa catena di hotel altrove in Austria e Svizzera.
