Hotel in zona Aesop, Monaco di Baviera

Buon hotel,camera silenziosa e ben arredata, pecche nelle pulizie quotidiane. Ma se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino è grazie ad Antonella! Un ringraziamento speciale va a lei sempre disponibile, affettuosa e impeccabile! Grazie di cuore per tutto Antonella! Un saluto a Boris: è stato un piacere,sorseggiando una buona Dunkel,chiacchiere con lui prima di andare a dormire!

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Non posso raccomandare questo hotel. Questo hotel non è pronto per gli ospiti. Ogni giorno abbiamo avuto qualcosa di sbagliato con la nostra camera, pavimento, e seguire il percorso con il personale. Le camere sono incredibilmente calde a causa dei pavimenti riscaldati e del sedile bagno riscaldato, nessun modo per sbloccare. Su questo, non c'è il club M firma aperto. È stato ritardato più volte, la prossima data è metà gennaio. Inoltre, a causa dell'apertura troppo presto, questo hotel utilizza una società esterna per pulire le camere. Questi non sono i dipendenti di Marriott. Purtroppo qualcuno ha rubato tutto il mio denaro il nostro primo giorno. La direzione non ha fatto nulla per correggere questo problema grave. Infine, per favore non rimanere in questo hotel per almeno sei mesi dalla presente recensione. Troppo numerose questioni per rischiare il vostro soggiorno, e certamente non fino alla norma Marriott.

Everything was excellent. Few steps from S-bahn and U-bahn stations, 1 minute :) 4 stops to Marienplatz (city centre) with u-bahn. 4 stops to central train station with s-bahn. Only 15 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. You can find Mediterranean breakfast; olive, tomatoes, lettuce, fried eggs. There are many more alternatives. Because of its location and excellent breakfast, I would stay there if I go to Munich again. But there isn’t mini bar. I prefer cold water even if it’s snowing.

La stanza è moderna, pulita e carina. Molto comodo in cui soggiornare. Ci sono molti servizi e la hall è carina. Il personale era gentile.

Grande soggiorno all'hotel con una posizione perfetta per le nostre esigenze. I supermercati e i ristoranti sono sul cancello. Il personale era davvero amichevole. Non molto aspettano all'ascensore. Le camere erano molto pulite e sono state pulite ogni giorno. La doccia era grande e l'AC funzionava molto bene. La stanza era grande quando arrivammo presto e lasciammo tardi, quindi apprezzammo il fatto che il nostro bagaglio era stato conservato in sicurezza. Il personale era molto amichevole. La posizione è stata grande per il parco Olympia, il museo BMW e il Welt con grandi collegamenti di trasporto alla città e al centro.

Hotel situato nella zona del parco olimpico, dispone di un parcheggio in garage privato, a pagamento. Sotto l'hotel fermano autobus che in un paio di minuti, portano alla stazione della metropolitana che porta in centro città in non più di 10/15 minuti. Accoglienza molto gentile e personale estremamente disponibile. Ambiente giovane e frizzante. Camera semplice, con i comfort essenziali, dotata di smart tv ma di dimensioni un pò ridotte. Varrebbe la pena spendere qualcosa in più per averne una un pò più grande. Colazione varia e di buona qualità. Attenti all'ambiente. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo.

Visited for business. Very comfortable hotel. Let down by some amenities and challenges around covid. Bar seating area is closed off entirely outside of bar hours (even though it is really the main lobby seating) - made very difficult to have business discussions with colleagues. Understand it may be driven by regulations - then I’d recommend marking off a larger area for lobby seating. Rooms comfortable but small - fine for their purpose. Women only floor is appreciated for ‘security’ but no need to give all the ‘fluff’ on top (10 cushions, pink slippers etc) Comfortable relatively firm bed. Walk in shower - need to be careful not to flood with higher pressure (other colleagues also mentioned this). Pleasant staff.

È vicino al metro, molto amichevole e utile receptionist. Le camere sono pulite e belle. Non vuoi andare a tutti :)

Das Zimmer ist sehr eng und wurde als Doppelzimmer verkauft. Wegen Messe konnte man auf der Webseite nicht beide Tage zusammen buchen, sondern musste das separat machen. Dummerweise wurde man dadurch aus seinem Zimmer am zweiten Tag ausgesperrt. Wir sind nur froh das das nicht spät Abends war wo niemand an der Rezeption sass. Das wäre es noch gewesen. Das Zimmer ist so eng das man zu zweit nicht aneinander vorbei gehen konnte. War jemand im Bad bzw. stand die Tür auf, kam man nicht mehr an die Zimmertür oder Schrank. Man konnte auch nicht die üblichen Schilder raushängen das man nicht gestört werden will. Ist für Paare also schon ein Hindernis. Für zwei Personen gab es eine (!!!) Flasche Wasser und auch nur 1 Glas. Der Zweck dahinter ist uns nicht verständlich. Für einen Tag als Zwischenstop sicher ausreichend, aber für einen längeren Urlaub aus unserer Sicht nicht geeignet. Zimmer an sich ist sauber und ordentlich. Rezeption ist überfordert und keine wirkliche Hilfe. Als ein Rasierer zu Hause vergessen wurde, hat man auf den Netto und ein anderes Geschäft verwiesen. Hätten eigentlich erwartet das ein Hotel eine Basisausstattung für Notfälle vorhält. Waren wir zumindest so gewohnt. Preis-/Leistung ist außerhalb von Messezeiten sicherlich absolut in Ordnung. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden und kosten € 7,50, aber wir haben in den Nebenstraßen geparkt. Da muss man zwar etwas laufen, aber das machte uns nichts aus. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir keins eingenommen haben.
