Sono venuto a Fairfield per quasi quattro mesi, e, a mano a mano, è una delle migliori proprietà per i viaggiatori di business con un ambiente tranquillo e un personale eccezionale, che soddisfano tutte le esigenze degli ospiti immediatamente. Vorrei rivolgere un urlo speciale a Anup per essere uno dei migliori membri del personale del ristorante Mado Mado. Egli è stato diligente e intelligente sul suo lavoro, ha svolto un ruolo significativo nel rendere i miei viaggi all'hotel e il buffet si fa molto più memorabile.

Ho visitato Mumbai per scopi commerciali. Questa volta ho deciso di utilizzare il centro di fitness. Il primo giorno che sono andato, ho incontrato una persona chiamata Justin, allenatore di ginnastica. Mi ha sorpreso con il suo atteggiamento e il modo in cui tratta gli ospiti. Mi ha aiutato a fare diverse variazioni di allenamento e ha dato consigli liberi anche sulla dieta. Grazie a Justin per aver fornito addestramento personale e per avermi fatto capire ogni allenamento con la macchina stessa disponibile. Suggerisco a ogni ospite di utilizzare il giardino e di essere addestrato dal signor Justin. Questo ti aiuta a mantenere un corpo sano fisicamente e mentalmente. Grazie Justin sir ji. Spero di guadagnare dei buoni muscoli per le prossime 3 settimane durante il mio soggiorno 😉😉. Grazie a Holiday Inn, Mumbai per avere un allenatore di ginnastica professionale.

The Leela is a Luxury hotel close to the airport and in the heart of the city. It is well known brand for its architecture , luxoruous amenities & Superb service. Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

Hotel carino. Per un hotel 4 stelle è sicuramente circa lo stesso livello di alcuni degli hotel 5 stelle a Mumbai a metà del prezzo. Molti freebees gettano anche in. Buona posizione vicino all'aeroporto. Una cosa un po'mare sarebbe la robustezza del suono della stanza non è così buona.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Viaggio di lavoro per visitare la fiera di Mumbai. Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque ***tiene un certo fascino. Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti . Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al JW Marriott Juhu e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale dall'inizio alla fine. Non siamo rimasti del tutto soddisfatti del processo di check-in poiché siamo stati assegnati a una camera che aveva accordi per un altro ospite, tuttavia è stata gestita immediatamente dopo essere stata indirizzata. Vorrei elogiare tre membri dello staff che hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno davvero straordinario: il responsabile del front office, il signor Abhishek, il signor Rushikesh del dipartimento delle pulizie e il signor Vinmesh dell'executive lounge. Rushikesh, del reparto pulizie, merita un riconoscimento speciale per la sua attenzione ai dettagli e la dedizione nel garantire che la mia camera fosse sempre perfettamente pulita e ben mantenuta. Ha sempre fatto di tutto per soddisfare ogni mia richiesta speciale e il suo comportamento caloroso e amichevole mi ha fatto sentire veramente apprezzato come ospite. Il signor Abhishek, il manager del front office, ha lasciato un segno indelebile con la sua professionalità, efficienza e calore genuino. Vorrei estendergli la mia sincera gratitudine per il cesto messo nella mia stanza. Ha davvero rallegrato la nostra giornata. Vorrei anche menzionare il signor Vinmesh dell'executive lounge poiché il suo calore e la sua cordialità hanno creato un'atmosfera invitante nella lounge, rendendola un luogo delizioso in cui rilassarsi e distendersi A parte l'eccezionale servizio fornito da queste persone, l'hotel in sé era eccezionale. Le strutture, inclusa la piscina e il centro fitness, erano ben tenute e facilmente accessibili. Vale la pena menzionare anche la mia esperienza a Dashanzi perché lì ho avuto un'esperienza impeccabile! L'intero team di assistenza ha lavorato in modo impeccabile per rendere la mia serata assolutamente fantastica. In conclusione, il mio soggiorno al JW Marriott Juhu è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, in gran parte grazie all'eccellente servizio fornito da Rushikesh, Abhishek e Vinmesh.

We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To compensate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area. The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace. 100% recommend :)
