This is a lovely new Hotel. We’re very friendly helpful staff. It just needs more signs, directing you to your room into the elevators otherwise everywhere looks the same and you tend to get a little bit lost

I recently visited Mirasa for a light snack and was impressed by the amazing ambiance that beautifully captures the essence of Bollywood. I requested a quiet table and was delighted to be seated exactly where I wanted. The staff, particularly Mr. Aditya, provided excellent recommendations on what to order, and Satvik was also very kind to get my order quick . I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

The hotel is new and well maintained with friendly and professional staff who are always ready to help. They always make you feel welcome and take care of your smallest of requirements. The hotel is average. The room size is too small. Reception areas are not attractive. At night and morning also a lot of luggage left at reception. No warm welcome. No value for money at the same price you will find nearby lots of 5-star hotels. In-room air conditioning is given too much notice. The property is quite new but a lot of things missing.
