Disappointed with Hygiene Standards I have been a loyal guest at On Time Hotel for several years, visiting almost every year since 2022 and dining at the restaurant even before that. I’ve always appreciated the service, the food, and the overall experience. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I ordered an ice bucket and beer, but to my shock, the ice bucket was filled with dust and sand. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. As a returning guest, I expect consistent quality and cleanliness, which were clearly lacking this time. I can no longer trust the level of care and attention being provided. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to restore the reputation they’ve built over the years.
