1 since i did not stay at avion palace, i reached the place at 12:10 for checkin and got to know that there are no rooms available despite having a confirmed booking. The manager without even apologising told one of his staff to take our bags and drop us to another hotel which is 2 km ( andheri west)away upon asking he was unapologetic. I want a partial refund for this booking as i had to travel to jogeshwari everyday spending my own money for transport.

Bad managaement by hotel, as they were overbooked and they shifted us to oyher hotel which was 2 kms away.

I already booked room 1 day ago but i reached hotel then manager says no room after conversation he provide worst room

The stay was nice and excellent. The staff was well mannered and the manager was also good. Room clean every day at 1 pm. Bathrooms are little bit not good as washbasin was not working but did repaired as soon i told them to.

I was waiting for the room for 20 min. Room is at terrace. Tv is not working
no towel no soap no shampoo

Nice location, good service, polite staff, just beside railway station (jogeshwari). It's good budget hotel to stay.

We had prepaid our stay here, but when we reached they said they they already gave our room to someone else. They sent us to some other hotel which too was pathetic. The washroom was having a leakage. It was a total waste of money and time booking this hotel.

Room was not allotted inspite of fully paid booking. A servant room was allotted, where no ac was working. And door of bathroom was not locking. Bath towels were out of stock for two days

As i have booked triple bed room big room with mmt then also there was no triple-bed room available for me. When i asked why, his manager replied that u to take double bed room as his guest has extended stay. I compromise with that also, still bathroom was too small comparatively triple bed and in bathroom exhaust and light were also not working. I reached there 5th january 9:00 am room was empty by 10:30 then also his person didnt aloted room to me. His manager was sleeping in premises and came a fer 11:30. Towel also stinks. Overall i would not suggest any one to stay there.
