Mumbai: hotel con bar

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

Tutto ciò che riguarda il mio soggiorno alla Taj Tower è stato incredibile. Dal servizio impeccabile alla location. Rendendo il mio viaggio a Mumbai memorabile. Non esiterei a tornarci.

The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day! Other than that, everything was good!

Se è la prima volta in India e anche la stagione piovana, non mi consiglio di rimanere qui. La spiaggia aveva un sacco di spazzatura, immagino a causa del tempo, quindi la vista non era molto bello. Il letto era pulito, ma il pavimento aveva molte tinture e non era super pulito. Il bagno era buono, ma il vetro non era stato pulito perché potevo vedere le impronte da precedenti ospiti.

Questo affascinante hotel si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale è molto caldo e amichevole e prende cura del loro ospite. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose e mi ricordano 5 proprietà stellari dal retro negli anni '90. Un buon posto per ospitare i matrimoni, perché hanno spazio per organizzare tutte le varie funzioni, ecc. L'unico e più grande inconveniente è la struttura dell'hotel. Raccomando veramente ai proprietari/***abitazione di ospitare un altro ascensore e lobby di scala, poiché il design dell'hotel è tale che le camere sono molto lontane dal lobby principale di ascensore e diventa un problema per viaggiare da un'altra estremità all'altra.

I had a very good stay at Novotel Mumbai with my Parents. Staff is very humble and friendly. They remember any special requests you may have, this was a very good gesture from the hotel staff.

Il grande hotel all'aeroporto!!!! Amore questo posto, grandi camere, grandi bar e grandi ristoranti. Le camere sono molto comode. Belli letti e cuscini. Bagno in ogni camera. Con bel bagno. La colazione è eccellente e vi porta sempre a buon punto di partenza per il giorno.

La posizione è conveniente per i viaggiatori d'affari, 3-5 min dall'aeroporto, Molto buona selezione di cibo per colazione a buffet al caffè principale a livello di lobby, evitare di andare al Salone Executive a livello 17, scelta limitata.

Close to airport, we took o la and cost was less than rs300. We stayed only one night. Breakfast was very good. Need to add more fruits though. Overall very satisfied

La stanza è pulita e l'atteggiamento del servizio del personale è molto amichevole Rimane in India per un mese, e questo hotel mi fa sentire meglio Ci sono abbastanza acqua calda per lavare, ci sono frigo per l'acqua fredda Se non mi piace il cibo del ristorante, è molto conveniente che il ristorante vicino possa entrare dall'aeroporto. Anche se è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana (la stazione della metropolitana è 2F) Ma la sensazione non è confusa nella visione
