My boyfriend and I stayed in this resort last March 2023, and we were very satisfied during our stay. After booking one of their deluxe room for two nights only, I've decided to book one night extension just so we could experience one of their premium rooms also. It was his first time flying to Coron because I've been here ever since for work purposes. Upon check-in, I was informed that we were upgraded to their premium room and that made us both so happy! I didn't ask for it, but they were so kind to give us the upgrade. The room was super nice and spacious. I loved the view of the sunset from our balcony! They even granted one of my request to put a slice of chocolate cake in the room because my boyfriend didn't get the chance to celebrate his birthday a few months ago. Staff were busy in the morning. Housekeeping also cleaned our room well and refilled everything from bottled water to bathroom amenities and towels. The location was convenient for us as it's along the main road, and we got ourselves a car rental during our stay so we can go out and come back anytime we want. Their swimming pool is huge! I don't know, but it felt huge because we were running and swimming from one pool to another like kids during our second night at the resort :D. What caught my boyfriend's attention was the Cockatoo by the entrance. We'd always stop by to say hello to the little fella. Overall it was a nice experience for us. See you next time!

1. Cleanliness-4/5- la nostra stanza era pulita. 2. Toilette 3/5- ci sono volte l'approvvigionamento d'acqua è basso (doccia) esp intorno 6-7pm. Il doccia non funziona a causa della bassa acqua. Devono lavorare su di esso. 3.staff- il personale era amichevole, ma quando ho chiesto se potessi prolungare il mio soggiorno per 1-2 ore e li pagherò solo per ritardi di viaggio, hanno respinto la mia richiesta perché l'hotel è completamente prenotato. Che trovo odd.4. Alimento- Non consiglio il loro colazione è asciutto e alcuni di loro sono duri a mangiare 2/5. 5. Tours- non c'è coerenza quando si tratta di comunicare con il loro personale quando si prenota per le tour. Ho prenotato un giorno prima per la tour safari con il mio amico. Hanno detto che avrebbero contattato l'agenzia di viaggi, quindi ho aspettato tutto il giorno e sono venuto a scoprire che era come già imballato e dovrei prenotare un giorno prima di quello che ho appena fatto. Potrei trovare un'altra agenzia, ma è troppo tardi per me perché mi hanno detto alle 17:00. E' orribile. In generale, consiglio questo posto perché la stanza era presentabile/pulita nonostante le questioni di approvvigionamento idrico. Mi sentivo i miei valori sono stati assicurati.. L'hotel si trova a 15 minuti dalla città, che è facile da visitare nei bar e nei ristoranti. Ma in corona, avere qualche diarrea che è un problema comune per il turista in corona a causa della loro contaminazione idrica; quindi ti consiglio di portare con te acqua in bottiglia in ogni momento anche per la tosse dei denti. Evitare qualsiasi bevanda con ghiaccio. Grazie corona! Sarà certamente tornato.

Sono stato a Sunz en Coron qualche anno fa con amici e quest'anno con la mia famiglia. Sono stati entrambi un piacevole soggiorno che merita più di un rating 5 stelle! Come persona che lavorava al servizio clienti per più di 10 anni, è semplicemente fantastico! La mia famiglia ha sfruttato il nostro soggiorno e l'esperienza che ha aggiunto al loro divertimento e godere di Palawan! Grazie Sunz en Coron per aver migliorato una vacanza davvero memorabile per la mia famiglia! Vi rivolgeremo certamente a amici che stanno pianificando di visitare Coron! Kudos a tutto il vostro personale! Solo eccellente ospite e servizio clienti!!!!

Nota che la maggior parte delle camere doppie superiori non hanno una finestra. Questo dovrebbe essere annunciato, perché la sensazione è di essere in una gabbia, orribile. Ci lamentiamo e finalmente ci hanno dato un'altra stanza con un balcone molto meglio, ma il bagno era bloccato. L'hanno sistemato, ma l'esperienza non era grande.La colazione è semplicemente ok. Tuttavia, il personale è bello e cercano di aiutare.

Prior to starting this review, i read some previous reviews, and i have to say, most of the negative ones are either without foundation completely, or were written by overly pretentious people. It's island accommodation, it's cheap by western standards, yet some people seem to expect 5 star luxury for $40 -$50 a night ? Please, be serious people ! In any case, we booked a 3 week stay at KokosNuss, and our positive opinion of the place started before we even checked in ! Applied for the S-Pass twice before leaving Australia, the 2nd time being immediately before boarding our flight to Manila. Was rejected both times, reason unknown. On arrival in Manila, it was supposed to be a few hours in a hotel then a morning flight to Coron, but we still didn't have an S-Pass, and i was at a loss as to what to do. As a last resort, and out of desperation, i messaged KokosNuss to tell them of the issue. Keep in mind that by this time, it was around 11.30pm. Luckily for us, Alma was the one who responded, and assured us that she would get it sorted on our behalf, and she said to check our S-Pass account by 6.30am. Sure enough, when i checked at around 6.30, the S-Pass was approved. Alma was an absolute angel and our saving grace. Staying up to nearly midnight to help us out ! I/We can't speak highly enough of Alma, and she is the epitome of true customer service. After a stressful night with the S-Pass situation, we finally arrived at KokosNuss the next morning, and were greeted by really friendly staff. We were shown to our room, with staff taking our suitcases and backpacks for us which was nice of them. The room itself was quite nice, with a big bed, and the bathroom was a tastefully decorated room, separate to the bedroom. One of the first things we needed was a good shower, and while the water wasn't hot, and the pressure wasn't great, it did the job for sure. We sat down for dinner that first night, and when our ordered meals arrived, i was gobsmacked by the serving sizes. I've travelled extensively around Asia (and the rest of the world) and nowhere have i been, particularly in Asia, where the serving sizes are a huge as at kokosNuss. Eateries/Cafes/Restaurants around Asia typically have serving sizes akin to what the locals would eat themselves, and as we know, Westerners/Europeans tend to eat bigger meals than Asian people, so you tend to order more to compensate. No need at KokosNuss, the meals are massive ! (and the range is good) Not only are they massive in serving size, they are all freshly prepared and cooked, hence why some reviews mention having to wait a while for your order. To have a freshly prepared and cooked meal, I’m quite happy to wait that little bit longer. In terms of value, the meals are really well priced, especially considering that you won’t finish any of the meals still feeling hungry. The next morning (our first full morning at KokosNuss) we ventured downstairs to the Al Fresco meals area for breakfast, and I mentioned to Alma

La posizione di questo hotel non era conveniente. Il personale era disposto a aiutare, ma per ignoranza è insufficiente. Tutti erano gentili, ma hanno provato il loro meglio. Il Front Desk è stato molto utile nel prenotare escursioni e rispondere alle domande professionalmente. La pulizia era media, l'intera stanza era profumata di fogna e non ho avuto la sensazione di essere igienica. Il cibo era sorprendentemente mediocre al meglio. Il giorno dopo, le cose da pranzo erano usate per colazione. Ho dovuto mangiare colazione all'hotel semplicemente per la comodità, ma solo con uova, tosta e qualche frutta fresca. In generale non mi fermerò più in questo hotel e pagherò di più per essere situato in un futuro centrale

Molto buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

La stanza è grande e ha un letto.La pulizia è molto pulita.L'acqua potabile gratuita, benvenuto ai frutti, ci sono piccoli punti di asciugatura ogni giorno (ma non corrisponde al gusto della popolazione cinese, troppo dolce).C'è un ristorante sull'isola, il gusto è buono, la cena è molto lontana.Il colazione è generalmente meno stile. Il servizio è buono, ognuno è molto amichevole.Il paesaggio dell'isola è buono, si può immergere vicino alla spiaggia, tutti i tipi di pesci 🐠.È anche possibile giocare a schermatura, molto lodato 👍.È necessario fare una buona difesa.L'isola offre anche una classica linea di gioco, può confezionare barche, il prezzo è molto più costoso della città, ma il servizio è meglio.
