Off the beaten track location in the hills, so great if you want to be more secluded - just note that there isn’t much nearby if you need anything! Gorgeous balcony overlooking the river-really feel like you’re in nature.

Il miglior soggiorno nelle Filippine! Immerso nella natura con una vista meravigliosa sul fiume. Ottimo per chi volesse fare delle immersioni per vedere i dugonghi e il Reef nord Busuanga (collabora con il Dougon Dive Center). Da non perdere il tour sul fiume notturno per vedere le lucciole. Ottima anche la cucina oltre che la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Un posto che lascia la voglia di tornare molte volte!

A pochi minuti dall’aereoorto di Busuanga e immerso nel verde che si affaccia sul fiume per vivere una delle esperienze più autentiche che possiate immaginare. Cibo genuino preparato al momento. Il personale molto disponibile e cordiale vi aiuterà con piacere ad organizzare le vostre escursioni lontano dalla folla. Una gita dal fiume fino alle isole sperdute lì di fronte con praterie di corallo mai viste. Un’escursione nel nord dell’isola. O l’avventurosa ricerca del Dugongo, fino alle classiche escursioni di Coron. Unica pecca la mancanza di un’affidabike connessione Wi-Fi nelle stanze.

Judith is the very best hostess who will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful, welcoming experience not only at her guesthouse but the whole area. She's so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She scheduled a night boat ride on the Decalachao River which runs through her property to see the fireflies, stars (literally out of this world), and luminescent plankton. I was heading to another spot the next day and she went out of her way to contact the hotel to arrange my boat pick up at the Decalachao pier and arranged transport there for me and my luggage (and on the return trip too). The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the views of the river and surrounding area were beautiful, and the food was generous and delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and hope to return someday soon!

We were lucky enough to book our accommodation in Coron at The Riverhouse. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were welcomed by friendly smiles and hospitality plus. Judith (the owner) helped us out with anything we needed and we planned a dugong tour which was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect for us and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and everything was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Bing who looked after us. The food was fresh and everything we ate each night was delicious and varied. We'll never forget our stay at The Riverhouse and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Coron and we would love to return and stay again. We can't thank Judith and her staff enough for their hospitality.

The Riverhouse is a gem of a place to stay. It's nestled above the mangrove of the Decalachao River and the views are very atmospheric. The food is extremely well prepared and tasty, and the owner has given some thought to presentation, providing cloth napkins and nice layouts. There are a few things to do in the area, for example you can hire a scooter and go up the coast, or rent a kayak from the Riverhouse.

Absolutely fantastic!! Judith and her husband are the most amazing and genuine hosts! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Riverhouse is a bit out of the way from town so we had all our meals in-house and we couldn’t be happier with the vast menu, and delicious, home made quality of everything we ordered. The views from the breakfast terrace were stunning especially at sunrise. Kayaking on the river was a serene experience, but our private boat out to a secluded island with a private beach was definitely the highlight of our stay! They even packed us a picnic lunch to enjoy on the beach! Judith even helped us book massages right in our room. Overall such a relaxing, serene visit for our family! We will definitely return!

The riverhouse is truly one of the best places I have stayed in in the world. The views are amazing, the owners and staff are so hospitable, the food is fantastic and the location was just so peaceful and quiet. Absolutely amazing getaway. Just want to thank everyone there for the best stay one could have asked for.
