NNurul Aina AthirahMy stay at Scapes Hotel Genting Highlands was truly enjoyable! The hotel has a modern and cozy design, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the highlands. The location is convenient—just a short drive to SkyAvenue and the attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest.
What stood out most was their breakfast – so tasty and satisfying, the best way to fuel up before exploring. Their omelette 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Marvellous!
The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. I especially appreciated their warm hospitality. The facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was tasty and satisfying.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay whether for a quick weekend escape or a family trip. I’ll definitely come back and recommend Scapes Hotel to anyone visiting Genting Highlands!

UUtente ospiteThank you for the excellent hostality for Geo Hotel to their Guest Relation Officer Check in Staff Syazwan, their humble head Chef Zack fm Prata section and the Chinese Chef plus another Malay Chef which we forgotten his name , their inhouse breakfast team GM and swrvers Mr Ismeil , and MR Rizal the guy whom helped us to book 2 grab taxi for us on our check out daty on 27/6 and the house keeping teams whom clean room 511. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the security personnel makes us safe to stay at the hotel on 24/6 to 27/6. The swimming pool was also safe and my kids love it.
Thumbs up pf the excellent service to the us. We will surely come again and stay at the hotel. We will recommend our family and friends to your hotel for the service and near food eateries...thank you and have a blessed July. Your sincerely Mr Fauzy 👏👏👍👍😊

RRobinNOT recommend to book here. Location wise is not so strategic, 10KM away from Genting Sempah, 10KM away from Bentong town, road to both town is SUPER bad due to ECRL, and SUPER dark and dangerous at night. For customer service, i requested TWICE for TOWEL (Even promose to pay), house keeping doesnt respond at all, totall ignore me. WIFI at ROOM is TOTALLY DOWN, mobile network is TOTALL DOWN too. Room cleanliness is ok. Facilities is ok. Breakfast is included. Hot Spring Pool not bad.

DDaitieUnità assolutamente bella, ben decorata all'interno e con un sacco di spazio per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici.
La camera principale è bella e la struttura dell'unità è in generale sorprendente, ha dato le mie idee per il mio appartamento. Una facile autocontrollo in servizio e host è stato chiamato quando necessario.
Parcheggio - purtroppo non c'è parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo pagato in media RM22.50 al giorno per parcheggio che è una sorta di pazza. Vorrei che ci fosse almeno il parcheggio ridotto.
La posizione è un po'difficile come è grande per andare a fare la giada con la macchina. Solo 5 minuti di auto per raggiungere le attrazioni, ma per tornare all'appartamento con la macchina è necessario guidare e montare e tornare al tempio Chin Swee che richiede circa 15-20 minuti. C'è il ponte di collegamento diretto che ci vorrà circa 20 minuti a piedi per camminare verso Skyworld, che è grande.
Ristoranti e negozi si apre lentamente le scale che sono buone per la necessità o il caffè.
Siamo stati sfortunati, perché pioveva tutto il 4 giorni che eravamo li' e non potevamo godere delle viste. Tutti i tempi era buio e avevamo un muro di buio bianco. E'molto ventoso se aprissimo le finestre al punto dovevamo chiudere le porte.
Le foglie non sono la più alta minaccia abd può essere un po'scrabble, ma spero, come si lava più, si soffoca. Alcuni polveri intorno alla zona e la cintura, ma forse perché l'unità non era stata affittata per un po'.
In generale, il soggiorno era super piacevole. Si è avvalso della lavatrice e si è divertito. Bmafter 2 giorni in giardino abbiamo trascorso l'altro 2 raffreddamento nell'unità e si è divertito lo spazio.

UUtente anonimoWe went for a staycation with small kids. Purposely chosen this hotel for their Onsen Experience. We enjoyed the Onsen facilities, and its suitable for kids as well.
Rooms are generally clean. However the shower pressure can be improved. The staffs are very polite and patient to our queries too.
The downside of this hotel is the parking is in another tower. The hotel other facilities such as swimming pool, restaurants, playground are also in a separate tower. Altho its within walking distance, the hassle of walking from one tower to another, switching betweens lift is not convenient especially if your're carrying alot of stuff and during peak hours.

UUtente ospiteRead a few bad comments before booking but we thought only for one night so we're not dive into it too much. To our suprise, it was actually a very good experience for us. Although the view from the room isnt that much but the utilities provided, the cleanliness and amenities were suprisingly good and enough. And the agent was also so attentive as he/ she replied our text very fast. And if you guys wanted to catch sunrise, i highly recommend this hotel bcs of the strategic location. you can drive a little down the road to watch sunrise from the hotel. A lot of people there, too. Overall, would repeat booking here if i come back.
