Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole in hotel. Poiché era convenientemente situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana. That said, if you’re commuting via taxi or ride-hailing apps, Xinyi district and its vibrant food scene are just a short ride away. What truly sets this hotel apart is the superb view—it’s breathtaking and makes your stay feel even more special. The room itself was exceptional: extremely spacious, luxurious, clean, and tidy. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with amazing views and don’t mind relying on transport for dining, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

I had the accessible room for one night. I cannot complain about the stay. The room was in good size and the staff were friendly. The location was not the most convenient but the hotel has a nice 7seater as shuttle to the Metro in the day time. The amenities in the room may require an upgrade as switches and system are not quite there yet. The swimming pool and gym were good. Else, would stay again if it fits the budget.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a typhoon day in Taiwan, all shops are closed, super windy that day. No choice but nowhere to go. Front desks are very accommodating, since last minute I did a room, and a lot of cancel room thats why I was able to get one, due to the said typhoon. Big room, huge beds, and a sort of mini dining table. Basically, it's so spacious. Corridors are big, and the design of the hallway overlooking the dining area is nice. But better with good signs of the room designation, if not, you might get lost. The hotel is very convenient with a convenient store beside it. MRT, Arena, shopping mall is just right the corner. The room is big and spacious. We book room with a King bed. Toilet is good. Location convenient. Just 6 minutes away from chiayi TSR. 16 minutes away from chiayi HSR. Not so good is near hospital at night have ambulance sound.

It's in a great location, within walking distance of public transportation and pretty much all Xinbeitou places of interest. The staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was very large and the bed was big and comfortable too. The free snacks, tea and coffee were a nice touch. I read other reviews complaining that the rooms are old and in need of renovation. The curtains were old and had holes in them, but other than that our room was in good condition. We made good use of the hot spring bath, which was our main reason for coming up to Beitou. I was surprised that bathrobes were not provided, which would have been appreciated. The bathroom stayed damp after using the steamy hot bath on the first day, but the cleaning staff wiped it down on the second day. If it hadn't been quite so cold outside we could have opened the bathroom window to let it dry out more quickly. Breakfast was typical buffet style, maybe not enough variety for typical Westerners, but we were satisfied with the selection. All in all, it's a nice hotel for visiting Xinbeitou area and having your own large hot spring bath.

Hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk to mrt station. Room is spacious and clean but furnitures are old. Carpet has lots of stain. No shower screen in bath tub. Not much varieties for breakfast. Had made tea during breakfast from hot water dispenser and later found there was no tea colour in cup. Then realised water was not hot at all. Informed staff and they checked and discovered dispenser was faulty.

The room is big and clean. Hotel is near to feng jia night market.Service was excellent - had a minor issue with one of the appliances late at night and the staff quickly provided a replacement. Breakfast was basic - would eat it only if it came with the room and not if I had to top-up. A perfectly functional hotel suitable for a short stay in Tai Chung.

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

Room was slightly smaller, and the windows needed some cleaning. The hotel had a lot of room guests and patience for the lifts would be needed during peak periods. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a good spread of food, but due to the number of guests, one would have to choose a breakfast timing (7 am, 8 am or 9 am) to prevent overcrowding. Gree underground parking was available.

Great hotel for families. The staff were great and breakfast was very comprehensive. Large rooms and there was a large play area on one of the floors which was beside the gym and laundromat. The service staff were so nice to help us with the laundry machines.

Location is great! Theres a taxi stop/line right in front of the hotel. There’s so many things to do and explore around the hotel, the kids love it. We enjoy the breakfast buffet too! We would like to stay there again next time!

Took us a while to find the hotel as it is deeper inside the town. Once we were there, we realised that we were on the main street, where there is a lot of food and buzz around. Room is big, with a huge bathtub for a few people using hot spring water. Price is reasonable. Many hotels are nearby, with Jiaoxi public foot bath and night market a few steps away. KFC, Mos Burger, bubble tea etc... There is a famous bakery opposite selling delicious bread all day. Tried the famous 三星葱. Nice town to be in...will consider coming back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa, where the accommodations and cuisine were exceptional. As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Just Sleep Hotel. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, conveniently situated in the centre of that small town. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and get around without any hassle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and attending to my every need.I felt truly cared for and catered to throughout my time at Just Sleep Hotel. It truly is a home away from home. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to the city.

Stayed 2 nights in this property over Typhoon Kong-Rey. Love the in-room hot spring, the one-time usage of minibar & the availability of water dispenser in every level. Location of hotel is also very strategic. Thankful to the team for taking care of us during Typhoon Kong-Rey by offering umbrella, checking where we are going, advising us to be careful of the weather & also offering car rides to keep us safe.

Prima di arrivare, ho e-mailato l'hotel per chiedere aiuto dall'hotel per controllare il servizio privato di charter per YiLan e il personale è stato molto responsabile e utile. Quando arrivarono, il personale del servizio frontale era un po' freddo (a differenza di quanto menzionato nelle recensioni), siamo stati rapidamente controllati e potevano andare in camera. Il personale era veloce a pulire e a mettere le tavole senza farci sentire come ci fossero cacciati. Erano anche molto dolci. La terza mattina, dovevamo andare a prendere il nostro autobus a Taoyuan, abbiamo tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno incaricati di immagazzinare i bagagli con il desktop prima. Visto che siamo in fretta, ci hanno detto che potremmo farli sapere se vorremmo prendere un po'di snack o bere per accompagnarci al nostro viaggio, e ci hanno anche detto addio. Wonderful place to stay for the family and it is near the Luo Dong train station. My child loved the car driving circuit and the play area. The adults can take a break at the lounge area while the children exhaust their energy at the play area. Decent food choices for the breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly.

One of the best hotel during my Taiwan trip. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Toilet came with a bidet. Underground parking was free. Good place to stay if you are driving.
