Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Zhangzhou

Questo posto è un autentico teahouse completamente immerso nel paesaggio di Tulou, dove vivono ancora persone. Ci hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza gratuitamente, ci hanno dato del tè che producono quando ci siamo reclutati e un regalo speciale quando ci siamo reclutati, ci hanno accolto con un buon gusto di tè prima di cenare. Sono tutte persone perfette e carine. Il ristorante all'interno è un autentico ristorante con un'ottima cena locale. Tutto è stato spettacolare. Ci hanno aiutato in tutti i modi che un essere umano può aiutare le persone. Sa come lasciare buone memorie nel cuore dei loro ospiti.

This is one of the nicer, quieter accommodations right at the end of the beachfront with a great view of the shore. It is a small boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. There is a tourist attraction right below it. In the evening, you can sit at the viewing deck to relax into the night. The small crew of live-in staff are great. They helped us with a very challenging situation and were very quick to provide general assistance even up to very late at night. They were communicative on Wechat. The only downside is that the hotel is some distance to the main area at the library building. There is a buggy which brings you there and back which the hotel staff arrange very quickly and enthusiastically. This is a small problem as the hotel staff are very quick to support but you must be aware to factor in an additional 10-15minutes travelling time to reach the library building to go elsewhere. Do also note that at the library building, cars cannot wait too long if you are planning travel activities. The hotel also houses two cute cats as pets which are friendly to guests. There is a nearby cafe affiliated to the hotel which is nice to relax in and the coffee is fine. The beachfront shops are about 10-15 minutes walk away along the shore. The toilet in the rooms have bidets. The rooms have good unobstructed views, which should be better compared to other hotels around them. In addition to usual complimentary water bottles, small snacks are provided in the rooms. The hotel staff are excellent. They had a high energy level, were engaging and genuine in wanting to support hotel guests.

C'è un parcheggio in loco e il ristorante serve una cena deliziosa. Due punti consigliati per scattare foto nei Tulou (le tipiche case di terra degli Hakka) – unici!

找了很久才找到這種類似酒店風格的民宿，不管是公共區域還是房間老闆都收拾的非常乾淨，還有很多類似隱形眼鏡盒、碘伏、創口貼等等細節老闆都有考慮到！超貼心！！地點離景點和小吃街也很近，我是solo trip所以定最小的房剛剛好，28的行李箱完全攤開也有很大空間，不用擔心空間問題！老闆人也超好😭電動車都租出去了特意把他愛人的電車租給我來騎😭不管是環境還是舒適度都是超滿分，下次再來東山島一定還會住這裏！！！！

Un posto tranquillo dove rilassarsi. Interni molto belli, puliti e moderni, e camera dal profumo gradevole. Frutta, bevande e yogurt sono gratuiti in ogni camera. L'interno è spazioso! Ci hanno persino messo a disposizione una lavatrice (dotata di detersivo) in ogni camera, così abbiamo potuto lavare i nostri panni. Anche l'esterno è stato ben progettato. Adoro gli elementi decorativi intorno alle aree comuni, come l'angolo lettura e il tavolino da tè. La colazione è abbastanza buona, anche se è la stessa per entrambi i giorni in cui siamo stati lì. Il direttore ha gentilmente offerto un upgrade a una delle nostre camere, dato che era fuori stagione. Abbiamo scoperto che hanno un'altra filiale a Yun Shi Yao. Forse potremmo prendere in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare lì per due notti diverse per sperimentare luoghi diversi, sperando che abbiano standard simili.

La stanza non era quello che ci aspettavamo - le foto sembravano meglio di quella in persona, ma era una camera confortevole. Le letti e le mutande erano molto confortevole. Il colazione era semplice ma deliziosa. La stanza comprendeva acqua e calore che era necessario in inverno. Tutto era perfetto, tranne che i bagni si sono bruciati male come i rifiuti occasionali, e noi pensavamo che fosse stato il drenaggio o le tubature, quindi dovremmo tenere chiusa la porta del bagno. Anche alcuni di loro si sono mollati e c'era un'area dietro il bagno che si è appena tenuta in fuga, quindi il bagno era molto bagnato tutto il tempo. La zona doccia può anche essere migliorata - la porta non si chiude così bene l'acqua quando la doccia continua a spray fuori. L'alloggio è all'interno del villaggio, quindi è stato bello camminare intorno al mattino e vedere il villaggio svegliarsi. In generale, la stanza era grande ma il bagno non era. Mangiavamo sul sito, ma era un po' prezioso. La cena era deliziosa, ma la textura non era a nostro agio. Il proprietario era molto gentile e ricaldava il nostro colazione quando siamo arrivati tardi. Ci diede anche una bottiglia di vino di riso domestico quando ci siamo accorti.

La stanza è molto pulita, anche se è molto più piccola di quanto immagino, ma c'è una bella piattaforma fuori. È possibile bere tè, mangiare e parlare. L'ambiente del villaggio è buono. La famiglia è adatta per rilassarsi

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.
