Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Dujiangyan

When you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.   Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.   We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path.  We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.   I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.    A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

Questa è la vasca da bagno interna più grande del Sichuan! Dovete assolutamente fare un bagno; il panorama è mozzafiato, incomparabile a qualsiasi altro luogo. Ci sono anche molti uccelli e scoiattoli nel bosco. Non è la prima volta che vengo a Dujiangyan, ma è la prima volta che mi trovo ad ammirare le montagne e a contemplare il monte Qingcheng in lontananza.

The perfect charming accommodation in the ancient city of Guanxian right on a 2000 year old street. The old temples of Erwang are just a short stroll away. This city feels authentic ancient Chinese and you can stroll for hours taking in the buildings and enjoying street food. Although it’s bustling with tourists this part of town is relatively quiet. The hostess is lovely and up for a chat in her shop across. Highly recommended!

An Unforgettable Stay with ”Superhuman” Service in Weishui Memory Hot Spring ”Our first trip to China was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. Located right in the heart of the vibrant Tai’an Ancient Village, the hotel is surrounded by lively local shops and friendly faces. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the owner (or manager) who personally helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Despite being busy preparing the restaurant on the first floor, every single staff member paused what they were doing just to wave and smile at us. It’s rare to find such a warm, genuine welcome these days! A special shout-out to the receptionist who rushed from the kitchen to assist us. Even though there was a language barrier, their 'service level' was god-tier. She skillfully used a translation app and even created a WeChat group with 8 staff members just to ensure the two of us were well taken care of! Truly mind-blowing hospitality. Our room on the 3rd floor (yes, there’s an elevator!) was pristine. We loved the welcome tea set, the natural light from the sunroof, and the stunning panoramic window view of the ancient village. It felt like stepping into a classic martial arts novel. We fell in love with everything here—the hotel, the village, and the mountain. Our only regret is staying for just one night. Next time, we’re definitely booking for a full week!”

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Song Hotel in Dujiangyan. The environment is absolutely beautiful，peaceful, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s stunning Chinese architecture adds a unique charm, with elegant traditional design elements that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating a serene and culturally rich atmosphere. What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A very special thank you to our housekeeper, Lori, whose kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and to Lechuan, the photographer, who captured such lovely moments for my daughter. It truly felt like being back home. The host was very friendly and welcoming, making guests feel comfortable from the moment of arrival. A simple yet satisfying breakfast was provided, including porridge, soy milk, pau, corn, potatoes, and other vegetable dishes. The heating was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The place looked exactly like the photos, and soaking my feet before bed made the stay even more relaxing.

Raramente scrivo recensioni di hotel perché hanno sempre qualche difetto. Questo hotel, a parte l'area giochi per bambini un po' troppo infantile per la mia età, è stato eccellente. Ho fatto una delle migliori colazioni in hotel di sempre. Pur essendo di alto livello, l'atmosfera era calda e accogliente come quella di una casa di famiglia. Il maggiordomo, Yannie, ha offerto un servizio eccezionale e merita un elogio! L'hotel propone una varietà di attività adatte ai bambini, perfette per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. Dopo i pasti, si può fare una passeggiata nel parco e visitare la fattoria, che è bellissima, con tanto verde e fiori: sembra di essere tornati nella città natale dei panda. Svegliarsi con l'aria fresca del mattino è stato incredibilmente piacevole e rilassante.

All'interno della stanza della reception ho prenotato le camere da letto a due posti di lavoro di montagna in anticipo. Ero riempito di aspettative. La prima impressione dopo essere arrivata al negozio è davvero fantastica e molto integrata nella natura, e mi sono sentito particolarmente comodo. La zona della reception è spaziale, pulita e pulita, il servizio del personale della reception è molto entusiasta, aiutaci a prendere il bagaglio e fornire attentamente i beni necessari, particolarmente intimidi. Poi il personale ci portò alla stanza. La stanza era in un piccolo giardino, l'ambiente era fresco, tranquillo e elegante, pieno di sentimenti vicini alla natura. Una volta aperta la porta della stanza, era sorpreso. Il panorama della montagna esterna del balcone era inexistente, la vista era aperta e splendida. La stanza è completamente attrezzata, le forniture sono in posizione, e c'è una piccola piazza, e l'esperienza è buona. L'ambiente popolare è bello, ci sono molti piccoli animali ovunque, piccoli animali sono particolarmente carini, sono tutti paesaggi ovunque, sia con gli anziani che con i bambini sono molto appropriati, comodi e pieni, e consigliamo davvero di stare!

L'hotel era praticamente vuoto, ma il personale era professionista. Le camere erano un po 'di declino in pochi punti - ma in generale era estremamente piacevole e di lusso in altre aree. In generale, una raccomandazione certa. E'una fattoria di tè di lavoro. Siamo svegliati presto per raccogliere foglie di tè per l'esperienza (gratuito ma vale 68 yuan) e se si raccoglie abbastanza si può portare al maestro del tè per poi sperimentare la frizione del tè in un buco per trasformare le foglie fresche in tè verde secco. Le borse di tè nelle stanze sono fatte dall'hotel stesso e del gusto grande. Le esperienze più gratuite sono incluse con il soggiorno, tra cui le classi di birra di tè e di indossare la hanfu. Pensavo che fosse incredibile valore per i soldi. Il culo privato è grande e ha portato un sacchetto di erbe a casa per gettare in un bagno medico. Le camere sono spaziose con una vista eccellente - e DEVO apprezzare il numero incredibile di commutatori di luce che vi permette di avere qualsiasi combinazione di ambiente luminoso. Minori scontri - vi verranno moschee nella zona alfresco durante i pasti, mi siederò all'interno la prossima volta. Abbiamo dovuto anche fare la doccia per molto tempo prima che l'acqua calda potesse uscire. Le socket di carica sono un po' affamate con molte polveri nelle socket e alcune uscite potrebbero non funzionare a seconda della tua fortuna. Le socket standard funzionano per lo più, ma le socket USB potrebbero non funzionare. La W/C intelligente è anche leggermente disfunzionante, ma funziona in gran parte come previsto.

1. Le strutture esterne dell'hotel sono piacevoli, con una piccola piscina e un'area relax. L'hotel si trova a metà montagna e l'acqua della piscina era ancora piuttosto fredda a fine agosto, quindi non ci sono entrato. 2. Le camere dell'hotel sono arredate in modo semplice, ma comunque un po' anguste, soprattutto il bagno. 3. Nei giorni di pioggia, le autorità locali, per motivi di sicurezza in montagna, potrebbero chiudere improvvisamente le strade, impedendovi di rientrare in hotel dopo essere stati fuori. Si prega di confermare questa informazione con l'hotel prima di prenotare e di essere consapevoli di eventuali soluzioni successive e potenziali perdite economiche. Nota: le piogge sono frequenti nella zona del monte Qingcheng. Non so a quale livello di pioggia si verifichino le chiusure stradali. Quella notte ho ricevuto un'allerta meteo gialla per forti piogge, ma la pioggia è stata molto leggera per la prima metà della notte, e per la maggior parte del tempo si è trattato solo di pioggerella o addirittura di assenza totale di pioggia.
