Hotel 4 stelle a Dujiangyan

L'hotel vanta un ambiente meraviglioso, offrendo esperienze di Hanfu (abiti tradizionali Han), un parco giochi per bambini e sorgenti termali. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità del monte Qingcheng e c'è un tram unico nelle vicinanze: chi non l'ha mai preso prima dovrebbe assolutamente provarlo; è piuttosto comodo. È anche vicino alla stazione sciistica, quindi potete portare i vostri bambini a sciare. Il ristorante dell'hotel serve cibo delizioso e le camere sono dotate di riscaldamento a pavimento, il che le rende molto confortevoli. Il personale della reception è professionale e cordiale. L'ingresso dell'hotel è proprio accanto alla fermata dell'autobus turistico, il che lo rende molto comodo per salire in montagna!

I booked a 3 night stay at this homestay. Its location is slightly above Tai An Ancient Town, 1km away. Service from the butlers were fantastic as I was added into a group chat with all the butlers and all were very responsive to my needs and queries. I appreciate very much their car shuttle service which allows me to book as and when I like to go to the Tai A town or the hiking starting point. Every morning I woke up hearing the birds chirping. As this is a homestay, there is no sound proofing. But ear plugs are provided in the room. Free daily breakfast was yummy, especially the wanton noodle soup. Drinking complimentary afternoon tea with snacks in my balcony was lovely. The unblocked view of the mountains and low lying clouds are therapeutic. The personal onsen in my room was the best, soaking in hot water with an unblocked mountain scenery was extremely chilling. I ordered herbal chicken soup for dinner, it came with 2 servings of vegetables and free rice. The food quantity was very filling for 2 of us. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to detox in the mountain countryside. Even though price was a little steep but it’s every money worth.

It truly felt like being back home. The host was very friendly and welcoming, making guests feel comfortable from the moment of arrival. A simple yet satisfying breakfast was provided, including porridge, soy milk, pau, corn, potatoes, and other vegetable dishes. The heating was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The place looked exactly like the photos, and soaking my feet before bed made the stay even more relaxing.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella camera famigliare durante le vacanze con i bambini. C'erano molti ospiti al momento del check-in, e il giorno dopo abbiamo aspettato parecchio prima di poter entrare. All'interno della stanza della reception ho prenotato le camere da letto a due posti di lavoro di montagna in anticipo. Ero riempito di aspettative. La prima impressione dopo essere arrivata al negozio è davvero fantastica e molto integrata nella natura, e mi sono sentito particolarmente comodo. La zona della reception è spaziale, pulita e pulita, il servizio del personale della reception è molto entusiasta, aiutaci a prendere il bagaglio e fornire attentamente i beni necessari, particolarmente intimidi. Poi il personale ci portò alla stanza. La stanza era in un piccolo giardino, l'ambiente era fresco, tranquillo e elegante, pieno di sentimenti vicini alla natura. L'ambiente popolare è bello, ci sono molti piccoli animali ovunque, piccoli animali sono particolarmente carini, sono tutti paesaggi ovunque, sia con gli anziani che con i bambini sono molto appropriati, comodi e pieni, e consigliamo davvero di stare!

Qingmo Guesthouse was easily the best place we stayed while visiting Qingcheng Back Mountain. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The hosts went above and beyond to help us when we ran into travel difficulties, patiently assisting us with transport and logistics. Their personalized service made a stressful situation much easier and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The homemade beef noodle breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Combined with the beautiful mountain views from the guesthouse, every morning was a wonderful experience. If you’re planning to visit Qingcheng Back Mountain, I highly recommend Qingmo Guesthouse. Exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, amazing scenery, and a memorable breakfast made this an unforgettable stay.

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

Anche la camera era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Era perfetta per rilassarsi e chiacchierare nella vasca da bagno. La piscina aveva una vista incredibile! È stata fantastica per le foto e la temperatura dell'acqua era perfetta. Nuotare al sole è stato il massimo!

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, but there are quite a few areas where the service and facilities could be improved. First of all, the front desk was seriously understaffed. During peak hours, there were only two staff members handling check-ins, resulting in very slow service and long waiting times. Unfortunately, the staff were also not particularly friendly or patient. There was also a discrepancy between the room description and the actual room. When booking, the room description indicated that three double beds would be combined to form one large bed. However, in reality, only two double beds were pushed together to make one large bed. We were a group of three, but only two sets of toiletries were provided in the room. I called the front desk to request an additional set and waited for about 30 minutes, but nothing was delivered. I called again and was told that a robot would deliver the items shortly. However, the delivery was incomplete — the towel and bottled water were missing. After calling the front desk for the third time, I was told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait a long time. I explained that I needed to go out and could not wait for too long, but the staff simply asked me to come downstairs and pick up the items myself. For a hotel, I found this level of service quite disappointing. Another issue is the elevator situation at night. There were often many people waiting for the elevators, as some guests were going to the 19th floor to enjoy the night view of Dujiangyan, while others were heading to the hot springs. The waiting time could be quite long. Also, only a very limited number of rooms actually have a view of the “Blue Tears” phenomenon. Even at the restaurant on the 19th floor, there are only about three seats with a good view, and they are often occupied. It can be quite difficult to get one of those seats. The hair dryer in the room was also very disappointing. The airflow was extremely weak and there was no cool-air setting, which is particularly inconvenient for women. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the train station and Yangtianwo Square, making it very convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service efficiency, front desk service, room description, and some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. If you value good service and a comfortable stay, I would recommend considering these issues carefully before booking.

Mi piaceva il (studio cinese) colazione.Il personale era utile e mi hanno portato anche al fronte dell'ufficio dei biglietti di montagna.Il cibo di notte (carne e bamboo) non era male. Sono rimasto nella sala di vista del giardino, con due letti singoli. Il letto era comodo. Il tè nella stanza era davvero bel tè Maofeng. Il stile della stanza non mi ha urlato lusso (anche il tipo tranquillo). Per quanto riguarda la posizione, pensavo che sarebbe stato bello essere in un ambiente montagnoso, ma non si è dimostrato molto conveniente per le mie esigenze. Qualcuno dell'hotel mi ha lasciato molto gentile vicino all'ufficio dei biglietti. Un po' lontano: dopo aver visitato la montagna ho deciso di fare un viaggio spontaneo a Nanqiao (il ponte meridionale) a Dujiangyan (non l'avevo visto la notte in un viaggio precedente). Non è stato così difficile trovare un taxi indietro, ma ricordare un piccolo surplus di 3.9% per prendere la montagna). Domenica ho lasciato l'hotel troppo tardi, perché era già molto occupato sulla strada verso il biglietto di montagna indietro il conducente del taxi non voleva portarmi lì (perché sarebbe stato bloccato in traffico per ore o nessuna compensazione per tutto questo spreco di tempo) ma mi offrì di portarmi alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità da cui potevo prendere un autobus (passare l'hotel!). Ovviamente anche l'autobus finiva in un trappolo di traffico, ma comunque l'ho fatto lì alla fine. Fortunatamente ho preso il mio bagaglio e l'ho lasciato in un negozio vicino all'ufficio di biglietto per passeggeri per 5 yuan. Purtroppo, la primavera calda dell'acqua è aperta solo in inverno. Tuttavia hanno una bella piscina. Mi è piaciuta la mia permanenza, ma non l'ho trovato molto lussuoso, anche se è raro avere un hotel con una piscina in Cina, quindi è stato bello. A circa 50 euro per notte era buono per i soldi.
