The First, Worst, and Last experience ever with this hotel! I wouldn’t dare recommend any family or friends to stay here!

It was a surprise that parking need to be paid in a place like Raleigh where all other hotels offer complimentary parking … no water bottles provided in the room . Very basic amenties … breakfast was ok .

Good location convenient to airport and other amenities. The downside the owner of the parking lot charges for parking to hotel guests. If you're paying for a room already why should you have to pay for parking.

The both of the receptionists were friendly, knowledgeable about hotel point services and helpful. I was told more about the point system here than and of the numerous Hyatt we visited.

The staff were friendly and wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and my room was clean, neat and I felt like I was in my own bedroom at home. The only thing I didn't like which was out of the hotel's control was parking. The hotel does not own the parking lot. With that being said you do have to pay for parking. I stayed 2 nights and paid $20 which was expensive but it could be for someone who stays longer.

I really enjoyed the King size bed. Also loved the kitchen which allowed me to cook dinners for my family during our stay. The tub was also a great size for a warm bubble bath.

From the time we checked in our stay was amazing. We were asked if we preferred a certain floor ans were allowed to pick the top floor. The room was very spacious! The best was super comfy. I am always concerned about the showers in hotela, but it was the perfect pressure and clean!! Our room had a full size fridge and a 2 burner stove. Will stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely come back again. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and close to everything.

The hotel was amazing. The check in was smooth and fun. The service was great. The room was clean and bigger than I thought. It was set up perfectly and comfortable. The bar/Restaurant was great. Food was amazing and Ronnie was a great bartender Definitely go see him. Check out was smooth and seamless. There is $10 charge for parking that you do through the app, and yes that can be a little jarring if you're not use to being charged for parking, but it not a deal breaker. My only complaint was with the free breakfast. The waffle maker did not actually cook the waffle and I was pretty much eating batter. But that's also not a deal breaker. I will say the couple checking out in front of me did have issues with there room, but the front desk seemed truly concerned to fix the situation and make it right. So yes, you could have issues, but the hotel staf seems eager to fix everything. The area was safe as well.
