We stayed here after a long day of flying back from Europe. Front desk person was OK - not particularly friendly for check in but it was later in the evening. The room was great- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were given the hours for breakfast which we were aware was not included in the room as this was not a Holiday Express. We went in the morning to eat as it was convenient so we had a drive ahead. We were there well within the hours of serving - but there was no food out in the buffet, no one to greet us or seat us but we could hear people in the kitchen. We waited a few minutes expecting someone to come out. Did not happen so we went back to our room, collected our things, dropped our key and left. Found a restaurant near by to eat at.

Siamo andati via da RDU a Seattle e siamo stati al Holiday Inn Express la notte prima di partire e la notte che siamo tornati. Meno di un'ora dopo, Jasmine ha chiamato e ha detto che non solo aveva trasferito la nostra auto per rimanere al HIE, ma che quando siamo tornati, saremmo rimasti allo stesso hotel e non dovevamo trasferirci. Eravamo emozionati! Si è certamente andata di sopra e di là per rendere il nostro viaggio molto più facile! Quando siamo tornati (era tardi, vicino a mezzanotte), abbiamo chiamato la navetta (che Jasmine aveva scritto bene su una nota incollato per noi), abbiamo detto alla signora (Mi dispiace non aver catturato il suo nome), chi eravamo e abbiamo bisogno della navetta. La navetta era lì entro 3-5 min e quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, ha confermato chi eravamo e ha detto, qui sono le chiavi della stanza, siete pronti a partire! Era fantastico! L'hotel è molto bello, i letti sono confortevoli e il colazione gratuita è grande (molte opzioni sani...che mi piaceva davvero)!! Grazie Holiday Inn Express per una terribile esperienza! Ci rimarremo sicuramente qui quando viaggiamo fuori dalla RDU.
