Nice, big and quiet. Good for family with kids ! There is a sports hall (you can play table tennis, basketball) and an onsen bath. There’s a 24 hours gym too ( not a big one)

Love this hotel especially the private onsen in the room. The room was large and comfortable. Also the lake view from the room is awesome and picturesque. Recommended for travelers, good value for money.

Nice place to stay like Japanese style , the stuff very nice because i arrived late they open on zen for us for 30 mins, kindly and nice stuff i love there , they have yukata to change

Nice resort-style hotel by Biwako. Great if you are driving to explore the area, as it is in a somewhat of a central location near lots of places of attraction. The Japanesd style room is spacious and we got a view of the Lake.

The staff assisting with the check-in was friendly. A very comfortable hotel with nice view. Room is huge.

Pros - Astonishing view - I had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both are delicious - Staffs are dedicated to serve - so despite the language the overall experience is still very enjoyable Cons - It surprised me how little English the staff can speak, especially in the restaurant (I don't normally complain about this in Japan but this is a Marriott...) - The shuttle bus service is a bit off... Last bus from station to hotel is before 19:00 and the information is so hard to find

Big room, nice view from room, location is good, breakfast is good

I have never seen such poorest service at reception counter. Our three families joined at this hotel and wanted to know room number each other. Reception counter stuffs refused our request. We believe that if customers agree each other to disclose their room number, no problem at all. Quite disgusting attitude!

Good service and children-friendly facilities available. The breakfast buffet was great.

Clean and well-maintained room. Nice breakfast. Few minutes drive to a big shopping mall. Onsen is not a big one, but its still nice to have.

Good place to stay if you have a car.

Very good view next to Lake Biwa. The hot spring is also good but with extra fee.
