Hotel vicini a Mallory Square a Monroe County

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

L'hotel aveva un'a**osfera fantastica, pieno di piante ed era molto colorato nella hall, una vera sensazione per il nome, Havana cabana. La piscina era la parte migliore, molto pulita e aveva camere d'aria per galleggiare e rilassarsi. Due pass gratuiti per le bevande durante il check-in sono stati un vantaggio. Il cibo era eccellente per pranzo e colazione. Siamo partiti con la famiglia, quindi l'unico inconveniente era che non c'erano molti bambini. Ad un certo punto abbiamo pensato che fosse ”solo per adulti”, ma poi verso il tardo pomeriggio abbiamo iniziato a vedere più bambini. Le camere erano pulite e il servizio era buono. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

L'ambiente è buono, il servizio è entusiasta e le strutture sono molto adatte per il tempo libero.La colazione è buona e la varietà è molto più alta.Anche se quattro persone sono alloggiate, la stanza è un po'fuori di aria, il bagno è anche molto conveniente, l'acqua calda è molto piena, e in sintesi l'esperienza è buona.

Ctrip ha detto che dovevo pagare US$84 al negozio, ma quando sono arrivato al negozio mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare US$128. Hanno poi contattato Ctrip ma non mi hanno risposto. In realtà è la seconda volta che soggiorno qui e penso che la piscina sia piuttosto bella👍

Hotel con camere confortevoli e pulite e strutture pulite e buon caffè. Ho avuto un grave problema al check-in, perché la mia prenotazione era per 5 persone, tra cui un bambino di 10 anni, e la consulente ha detto che le camere per questa configurazione non erano disponibili e che l'unica soluzione sarebbe stata la noleggio di una nuova camera. Anche se non sono d'accordo, ho fatto così per non creare conflitti durante il viaggio e pensando di risolvere con Trip questa situazione dopo, ma quando sono entrato nella prima stanza ho capito che potrei sostenere la mia famiglia e sono tornato alla reception, ma con un'altra persona, Poiché il turno era già stato cambiato, chiedendo l'annullamento della seconda camera, che è stato risposto dalla cameriera, che mi ha informato che non ci sarebbe stato alcuna riscossione extra e che l'annullamento era stato effettuato. Quando si eseguiva il check out, lo stesso ascoltatore che ha fatto il check in era di nuovo in servizio e mi ha recuperato per la seconda camera dicendo che era stato separato per me e che obbligatoriamente dovevo pagare i costi. Solo dopo molta resistenza e la mia contestazione questa assistente ha accettato che non c'era debito per la seconda camera ha autorizzato il check out. Viveva a Key West molte volte. (viviamo a Fort Lauderdale, quindi è una bella via che è un breve viaggio) La nostra preferenza è stare in case ospiti alla fine est dell'isola, piuttosto che stare in la fine est più occupata. Noi noleggiamo biciclette all'arrivo e manteniamo la macchina parcheggiata. Il parcheggio è un problema con questa proprietà. Hanno quello che sembrava essere 6 punti a $25/night, e 20 punti a un sacco vicino a $20/night. Non erano disponibili. Le opzioni erano di parcheggio a metri a $5/HOUR, o di trovare un parcheggio stradale raro non metri.Poiché frequentiamo spesso la zona, sapevamo dove parcare a metri stradali, solo 2 isolati. La stanza era pulita e semplice, nessun servizio di cameriera, doveva andare al desk e chiedere asciugamani, sapone, ecc. Camera confortevole e frigorifero. Solo il ritorno era il drone costante dell'unità di finestra A/C che non manteneva la stanza fredda. Quando ho prenotato la stanza, l'e-mail di conferma ha detto che all'arrivo saremmo stati prelevati $74.97. Quel che abbiamo effettivamente prelevato è $118.09. Anche mostrare l'e-mail di conferma al partecipante al desktop non importa. Il colazione continentale incluso era sufficiente, succhi, caffè, wafflemaker, bacche, frutta, cereali. La zona di cena era pulita, ben mantenuta e centrale A/C. Anche inclusa è un'ora felice da 5-7 nel lobby con vino e snacks condizionati individualmente. Se il parcheggio fosse stato gratuito, hanno rispettato il prezzo che ci aspettavamo di pagare all'arrivo, avrebbero ricevuto cinque stelle.Ma ehi, è Key West, marchano in un tamburo diverso.
